I went through the drive through and was a bag containing 2 empty fries containers. I then went inside the store to ask why I didn’t receive a single fry with my 2 orders the employee told me there aren’t any fries ready and it’ll be 4-5 minutes. So when the fries aren’t cooked they give customers empty fry boxes?!? McDonald’s is a joke of what it once was.

Went to the drive thru at this location a few days ago and wanted to order a Minecraft meal but the cashier said that they don't do that anymore. My kids were disappointed and I was confused. This location had several posters and advertisements about the Minecraft meals I assumed they were selling it. Will NOT be visiting this location any time soon.

Twice last week I stopped at the drive through late at night. It took a while to get my food, but when I did the food was hot and fresha.

Food was cold, ordered through the mobile app 10 minutes ahead of time take in I only ordered one biscuit and a frappe. When I arrived it was 15 minutes before I got the biscuit, then I had to wait another 20 minutes just to get the frappe. This is with ordering ahead of time through the app. Not sure whether they need to hire more efficient employees, or if they are just a terrible operating company. Very disappointed today.

I mean, it’s a McD’s, so it is what one would expect to be, but this location is typically pretty clean, employees are competent and the drive thru is usually quick & accurate with orders. I only allow myself to eat egg McMuffins twice a year, so when I do, I pick this location.

Burnt dry burgers sloppily tossed together. Cold fries. Most of the time the employees act like the customers are bothering them by coming to start with. This location keeps getting worse and worse. 100% do not recommend

I live pretty close to this McDonalds and stop by frequently. The inside atmosphere is always pretty chill and relax but the drive thru has a pretty consistent miss. Either missing a sauce, mixing up the sandwiches. Here and there good service.
What fast food place in history offers more than 2 orders in the drive through. Force these people inside.

Every time I leave this place through the drive-thru something is missing or wrong! How hard is it to just make sure everything is in the bag? How much have I paid in time and gas to go back and correct an order!

Garner - Lowes McDonalds. Very bad. Worker admitted she did not care. I ordered a well done bac egg ch bagel. After asking multi times I got folded egg. I returned waited 10 min. Got a half of an egg on lightly toasted bagel. Tasted like powdered milk.. tossed in trash. McDs make lots of ereors when workers are not supervised properly especially when mhr seems inept.

At Raleigh Wake Blvd McDs the charge more for scram egg on same sandwich.
