Forced us to give back food that had already left the window. I'm sure they gave it to another customer. Window girl spoke no English. Will not return to this location ever.

I visited this McDonald’s on September 12, 2025. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 large mango pineapple smoothies. Upon arrival at the pick up window, the server handed me the smoothies; however, they were only ~3/4 full. I asked the server why they were only ~3/4 full, and she simply said “oh, that’s just how the machine makes them”. There was no concern nor any attempt made to resolve the issue.

I was caught off-guard by this response. I contemplated going into the store to discuss with a manager; however, I didn’t have extra time to hang around to do that, so I left disappointed and feeling cheated.

I frequently order these smoothies from various McDonald’s, so I know first hand what they should look like. If there is a problem with their smoothie machine, they should lower the price of their smoothies or change the cup size. How they are currently serving these smoothies at that McDonald’s is a complete rip off!

The service was horrible and everyone was rude. We ordered a large order, and we asked for some sauces and they said they will have to charge for 2 packs of sauce. Do not recommend this place.

I ordered a huge meal . When I got the meal we were missing some things . I told the manager that we were missing some things she didn’t even care about that.afterwards i asked her for some sauce I ask her for 2 sauces she i could only get 1 or that’s a extra charge

i bought the special edition meal for fun but they didnt give me my fries or the collectible that makes the meal so expensive

This is my favorite McDonald’s. Staff are always pleasant and attentive to the order. In this case, I actually ordered using the app and table service. I carefully checked my order and every single piece was correct down to the number of packets of salt I requested the food was delicious as always, and look at the flowers that were on the table. That is a great touch. My smile is my happiness to be at McDonald’s on a Saturday morning.

I went through the drive through and was a bag containing 2 empty fries containers. I then went inside the store to ask why I didn’t receive a single fry with my 2 orders the employee told me there aren’t any fries ready and it’ll be 4-5 minutes. So when the fries aren’t cooked they give customers empty fry boxes?!? McDonald’s is a joke of what it once was.

Went to the drive thru at this location a few days ago and wanted to order a Minecraft meal but the cashier said that they don't do that anymore. My kids were disappointed and I was confused. This location had several posters and advertisements about the Minecraft meals I assumed they were selling it. Will NOT be visiting this location any time soon.
