WOW is what comes to mind! I love the atmosphere of this McDonald's it's impressive and improved from years past. The music 🤩 wow is perfect for ambient atmosphere but id lower the volume a bit for those studying or having conversations..It's decorated beautiful, and it's the first EVER McDonald's that has ever smelt GREAT 😃 and pleasant. I love the little touches of decorations they added for the season to do it's not so drab. The staff was kind and helpful and QUICK. I wish ALL McDonald's followed by this one and it's obviously apparent the leadership here knows what they are doing. I APPRECIATE the vibe. Also BONUS I grew up in the 80s and rasingy kids later using play places so happy this McDonald's kept their play place for children in the area to have fun during a family meal! 😊 WELL DONE

Horrible customer service and employees are not attentive at all! My order was made wrong twice with items missing and no one cared to apologize for such inconvenience plus their speed was incredibly slow and my food overcooked. Just pitiful and management should be replaced entirely. 0/10 Don’t recommend.

Food is okay but their customer service is borderline unacceptable. Unprofessional, and as much as I understand this job is tough and they're under pressure, the way the guy treated me earlier tonight at the drive thru was bad. He kept yelling at me to get out of the way after I got my food when I had cars behind and in front of me and barely had any space to get out.

I go here when I feel nostalgic for a McMuffin and this is now the 2nd time I’ve gotten it and had shells IN my egg. So now after throwing that up I’m left with a Diet Coke at least that can’t get messed up. Do better.

Camesha Shelton I don't know what they be doing at night time at this McDonald's but the food is terrible, no condiments and when you ask for sweet tea, you get unsweetened because there was no sugar added in that tea. I really need to stop eating McDonald's because it's a disappointment every time. So sad and please do better but I'm done. Get it together!!!

I don't care whether it's in store or Uber eats / doordash you all fail to mess someone's order up. Either the order is wrong or the food is old as the day is long. It doesn't make sense. Just a big disappointment to be honest.

If I could give it zero stars I would everytime I go there it’s a problem and I only go bc it’s the closest to my apartment complex. Why I asked for a large fruit punch and the shorted me so I said can you fill it uo and she did why tf did she filled my fruit punch up with sweet tea. Never again just trash experience after trash experience
