The person that took my order was rude, impatient and unprofessional. The guy at the window was frustrated as soon as I got to the window. I had to give my order back 4 times , missing food, impatient, the burger had ketchup all outside the paper, the fries were cold. The quarter pounder was red in the inside even tho I asked for well down. Highly don’t recommend this McDonald’s ever !

They don't give you your complete order but if they collect it you should be attentive to that, check that the customer takes what happened when they arrived at the house, I wasn't giving half of what I ordered.

Just ordered food. First time I've gotten mcdonalds in a long while. Bit into my burger and it was completely raw. Like to the point of a food safety violation raw. They refused to give me any sort of refund, and basically told me to go kick rocks. Will not be returning

The cashier was very friendly and the person who gave me my order was super rude and did not want to give me a bag to carry my drink and my order and I told him I was walking home and he still refused to give it to me, I left my order there and left angry… horrible service

Unfortunately while I was waiting at the Drive thru, I overheard someone raise their voice telling everyone "let's get a move on". The context and way he did it was very disrespectful to the staff and to be able to be heard by customers, I hope his management at minimum gives him some reeducation if this is a first time and fires him if not. Oh and the managers name was Mahani (spelling not sure but that's how it sounded) this was around 2pm on 11/27/24.
I was very excited to try the Chicken Big Mac and after my first bite, my excitement quickly vanished! The chicken has no flavor and the Big Mac sauce doesn't belong on chicken. Hard pass for me and I do not recommend it. Thank you

They did not get order right. I ordered a double quarter pounder hamburger with bacon. Got home and it was two chicken patties slice cheese and some lettuce no bacon. Quality of service and food has gone down hill.
