I've had a 1 star review on this location for years now. I just sat in the drive through, at the speaker, never even being asked to wait. Why did you guys even clock in if you're not gonna work?
An absolute dump, only exists out of spite I'm pretty sure. Im beginning to hate this company so much.

I tried the new chicken tenders today. They were small but they gave me extra ones. They don’t look like the commercial and I was hesitant to eat them but…. Looks can be deceiving. They were delicious. Just the perfect amount of breading and fry time was also perfect. I’m going to have them again. With the 3 piece you only get two sauces but I’m not a triple dipper anyway. If you want a third to try all those new sauces you’ll pay for the extra one. Nice man brought my tray to the table and got my drink. He did get me a Dr Pepper instead of the diet version but my son came in and fixed the correct one. Not a lot of choices for us diabetics but I was happy. I like ordering from the kiosk so I can get my fries with no salt. This restaurant has come a very long way from the way it used to be. It’s an easy drive thru order to on my way to work.

The chicken sandwich was so overcooked that it was dark brown and dry. Put together sloppy. For 8 bucks I expect quality food. The chicken was inedible.

I received a burger bun with no patty and didn't realize it until I was over 30 minutes away from the restaurant. I know mistakes happen but this was not the day for it.

Literally after a hour after eating, I have been sick and throwing up. 10/10 don’t recommend will give you food poisoning and you will be sick for hours👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles, onions drive thru. When I got home it had pickles, onions on it Cmon people👎
I went to this Millbrook location tonight. I placed a mobile order at 10:38 and arrived shortly after. I ordered a burger meal and some cookies. Upon arrival they immediately say they don’t have cookies (which I know is not true) so I asked for a refund. They told me they could not refund Mobil orders. Now mind you the manager is there witnessing this encounter and not once did they intervene to say we’ll bake fresh cookies, I can give you a cash refund NOTHING!! The guy at the window continuously cut me off every time I attempted to ask a question. They offered me an apple pie but I don’t eat apple pie so again that was not going to work. After asking about how we would resolve the issue with the cookies the guy at the window once again cuts me off mid sentence and proceeded to say “we’re working on the cookies” At this point there’s still no involvement from management and no apology issued by anyone in the store. And not once did I ever get upset, but I was, and still am disturbed by the lack of customer service and communication. It is so sad to see piss poor customer service from places these days. When I was in retail and direct customer service with fast food, this type of behavior would have NEVER been tolerated! We literally would have lost our jobs or been suspended for a week. The atmosphere of customer service is terribly defiled and disappointing! It starts with leadership, but in this case, the lack of leadership. At the end of this visit I did in fact receive the cookies, however, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. If all menu items are not available at night, remove them from the menu!!

This place stinks, they got my entire family's order wrong. Mine was the only one made right? How. Also, it took FOREVER to get our food. The only good thing was how my food tasted. The employees were also very kind though.
