Play area, a couple tables and the drinks machines so overall a smaller McDonald's. Service took a decent bit to get even though they didnt seem that busy and they had forgotten my drink before I reminded them, however they were very polite and efficient when behind the counter. I had come a little late so I expected my food to be cold but it wasn't, still warm and fresh and delicious.

I shouldn’t have high expectations for a fast food joint— that’s on me. I feel like receiving a straw or at least 1 sauce isn’t asking much. We tend to come to this location out of convenience and our orders are almost always wrong…

The customer experience at this location is abysmal. There was one employee who was theoretically behind the counter to help in-store customers but that employee was also helping with drive-thru orders so their attention was divided. Was forced to order at the kiosk where there was no option to order a cup of water with my order (a simple request; customers should not have to jump through hoops to get a cup of water instead of a cup of soda—NOT a bottle of water at a ridiculous upcharge!). Service was slow—took 25 minutes for a standard combo order to be ready, and then the fries were cold. Not impressed and won't be back again.
In general, the service at all McDonalds stores has taken a nosedive since the kiosk ordering was implemented; what used to be a pleasant experience is now shoddy, slow, and unfriendly. When I'm in the mood for fast food I'll be choosing other fast food restaurants who seem to actually want customers.

I’m never going back to this McDonald’s again. They set the drive through guy up for failure. We had to repeat our order 4 times and it was still wrong, then what was in the bag wasn’t even on the receipt. We also gave a code multiple times and it wasn’t put in. Very unimpressed.

When did the Crabtree Mall classy McDonald's become a homeless shelter... stand at the counter for minutes and employees see you and don't say a word. The fries were hot and raw and the Big Mac wasn't even warm. I gave up trying to get ketchup and salt no one would come to the counter Didn't want to take any chances walking into bathroom with five other guys in there all the pants down showing underwear., two previously asked me if I had a dollar. That's a shame that used to be a great McDonald's

My kids eat here. Mostly, we get our orders quickly and the food is fresh. Can't complain

This place its crazy Wait 20 minutes for 4 coffes
I did pay for larges coffes and they give me half of cup
I’m afraid I’m going to have to join the people saying that this location takes way too long in getting food ready. I had ordered my food at 5:47pm. This is, admittedly, dinner rush, but I figured at most I might wait 6 minutes, 10 if it’s really insane. I ordered a burger and fries. I did not receive my food until 6:17, when I actually stood up and approached the counter to inquire when my food was expected to be ready. It did not appear to on their radar.
This detracts from the value of McDonald’s significantly, as I could have easily made food at home in the amount of time it took for them to provide me my meal. One customer was in the same boat as me, as they were waiting for 20 minutes to get three cups of coffee, no food.
I also feel the need to mention that multiple staff members were seen on lunch or walking out of the building with nobody visually replacing them. Seeing employees with McDonalds meals didn’t feel great (no shade to the employees).
I think it will be long time before I come to this location again. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or sequencing issue, but it is clear that speed is an issue at this moment in time.

This place right here ugh.....just a single large Ice coffee took 30 minutes. The lady kept running back and forth I just want to pay for it and gooo but ugh. They're very slow on service.

First and foremost Eric was amazing the app was messing up and he proceeded and still gave me what the app said super stand-up guy made everything easy very fast really good McDonald's not going to lie

WOW is what comes to mind! I love the atmosphere of this McDonald's it's impressive and improved from years past. The music 🤩 wow is perfect for ambient atmosphere but id lower the volume a bit for those studying or having conversations..It's decorated beautiful, and it's the first EVER McDonald's that has ever smelt GREAT 😃 and pleasant. I love the little touches of decorations they added for the season to do it's not so drab. The staff was kind and helpful and QUICK. I wish ALL McDonald's followed by this one and it's obviously apparent the leadership here knows what they are doing. I APPRECIATE the vibe. Also BONUS I grew up in the 80s and rasingy kids later using play places so happy this McDonald's kept their play place for children in the area to have fun during a family meal! 😊 WELL DONE
