DBL cheeseburger was so cold the cheese didn't even start to melt. Nuggets were cold, tough and the sauce in the bag was the wrong sauce.

Second time in one week, ordering pickup, missing items in my order. Not just an item, like an entire combo is missing. Ordered a double cheeseburger meal, 10 pc nugget meal, and a 4 pc nugget. Both the nugget meal, the drink, and the 4 pc nugget were all missing. How do you miss an entire combo and drink?????? The employees here suck.

BEWARE!!! I bought food at drive thru here and hours later my bank card had been used thru PayPal in multiple transactions. I called the store manager and was told I’d have to file a police report. They refused to look at their video surveillance. Will never hand my card over to a cashier ever again especially out of my sight like the drive thru.

The girl who took our order asked for a sausage egg cheese muffin with bacon, not the meat, and she was charging me. The manager arrived and corrected her because I was only making a change. She told her that she didn't have to charge me for the bacon. The coffee they gave us was with I didn't like the dust inside.

Kiosk is terrible declined 3 cards that had plenty of money then canceled my order and logged me out. After 5 minutes standing there trying to make it work with a line behind me a gave up and didn't eat. Yall suck.
