Always messup with orders
Very efficient store......where is the soda machine?
This is absolutely the worst McDonald's you have open. No matter if I drive thru or counter pick up I am always left waiting 20 plus min for my mobile order. Today I ordered my food at 1419 and did not recieve my food. I asked several staff for help with no assistance. I watched my food be given to someone else and when spoke up about it I was told that wasnt my order when this person came in some time after me. Finally after wastinf my ENTIRE lunch break at 1449 I had to ask for am manager several times before getting a refund!!

!!!!!BEWARE!!!! A employee used the bathroom and when he came out of the bathroom stall, he barely washed his hands. The water turned on for on second before he left out. Didn't even use soap. I can't eat here because he may be the person preparing the food!!!
I honestly hate coming here. The boy didn’t hear my order because when I got to the window to pay he had his AirPods in his ear. I had to sit in wait for my order. They have these young adults who don’t care. Some have poor customer service. Coming to work with scarfs on their head. Close the window on you before you make sure everything is good. These establishments will go down because of the poor customer service.

Manager/drive thru cashier lady is super friendly. She runs a tight ship which makes this mcdonalds better than any surrounding restaurant

Waited in the drive thru after placing a mobile order for 10 minutes and barely moved bc the line was so long. Changed to counter pick up and waited another 20 and I couldn't cancel bc it was a mobile order. Slowest fast food order we've experienced in a while. Avoid this location if you want prompt service.

It's Mickey D's ......what do you need to know? Some are better than others and some are better or worse depending on the time of day! LOL!
The upside is even though everything is more expensive now McDonald's is doing their best to keep food and drink affordable. You have to ask yourself is your time and money worth the wait and possible aggravation? Because the line is usually long. I went for coffee. Simple. Easy. But somehow Mickey D's can sometimes screw this up. It's a 50/50 shot which explains the 3 star middle-of-the road review.

Service took FOREVER
Left me at the Drive-Thru to the point I went to ordered at the window. Then they forgot some of my order. This place is a joke.
I’m writing because I’ve given this McDonald’s location multiple chances, and every visit continues to be disappointing. I really do try to be understanding, but there are ongoing issues that make it hard to come back.
First, the ice cream is always grainy. This has happened every single time I’ve ordered it, which makes me think the machine isn’t being cleaned or maintained properly.
Second, my burgers consistently come with ingredients I ask to be removed. It’s frustrating to double-check my order, clearly request modifications, and still receive something incorrect. This shouldn’t be a repeated issue.
Lastly, one of the employees—who I believe is a manager on the night shift—is consistently rude. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but basic courtesy goes a long way, and her attitude makes the experience even worse.
I’m not writing this to complain for the sake of it—I genuinely want this location to improve. I hope these concerns are taken seriously, because I’d like to be able to visit without expecting something to go wrong.
