First, thank you for always have pleasant workers. From the inside to the drive thru I have never ever had an issue. Friendly, and food is always FRESH! My fries have always been fresh HOT no matter what time I have gone here. I have come very early and very late at night and just thank you to all the workers for what you do to keep the flow. Drive thru moves fast and I have seen it packed but never a car needing to be pulled to the side, at less not when I have gone. Please give all your workers raises because it is not easy always smiling and being as friendly as they are with the way the world is and the people they have to come in contact with daily. Customer service is not for the weak. whoever the managers are always give them raises and props for having such a great staff of people!

About half of the time i come here i ask for iced coffee with no cream and no sugar. Just a black cup of iced coffee. Literally transporting coffee from 1 container into another with no alterations. This is apparently the hardest thing ever to accomplish and i get iced coffee with cream and sugar like half the time. I dont understand why the onlyperson who can seem to get this order right is the older black lady in the drive through

Mobile order in the morning. Waited 15 minutes for my order. They were not busy. Got to work the order was wrong. I called spoke to a manager. They said we will remake the order. Gave them my name went back to the restaurant. Waited five more minutes.. Spoke to 3 people and waited another ten minutes to get the wrong order again. Gave up.

okay i genuinely don’t even know what happened, i got a coke and i got to the bottom and all of the sudden i see A ROACH LEG ? that is absolutely disgusting i cannot believe i drank that, that’s disgusting do better .

I made a mobile order asking for no cheese on my food due to me being aggressively lactose intolerant. I ate my food blindly assuming it was correct, within a hour of me eating I was throwing up my food. I had only ate half of my wrap and noticed there was indeed cheese on my wrap that I specifically asked to be cheese free.
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for a while now, and y’all usually do a solid job. But lately… the McChickens have been showing up naked—no lettuce, just vibes. 😅 I get home all excited, take a bite, and it’s just bread, chicken and a dollop of mayo thinking its name is Daisy.
Apparently this location just doesn’t do lettuce on McChickens anymore, a heads-up would be nice so we aren’t thinking it was a mistake. Help us manage our McExpectations. 🥬🍔

It visited this location. I went thru the drive thru. They sent me to park in space one. My food never came out. There was a storm and I had to go inside. The staff was standing around saying they were not taking order because of the storm. They were not delivering food because of the storm as well. 😒😒💩
