So I gave the Food 5 stars because I have not had a problem with the food has always been fresh made hot and taste good for all the other McDonald's I have visited. But the grumpy older lady in the money window at drive thru needs to retire or change career. I said something because I got a cheerful person one day and was happy to have that experience then she told the grumpy lady and she cames at me with I'm always nice lol I said you don't always sound nice you sound pushy and grumpy. Don't came at me when I have a complaint and thing I'm not going to say the true about you. So management needs to check her and other employees that don't give good customer service. Remember there are plenty other McDonald's.

Needs to train employees on the McDonald’s promotions and codes. I had a code that I have not used - it wasn’t pulled up in their system and it was pretty much you’re just out of luck. Give me the money. I pretty much offered to show them the code and the eligible items, and they declined . When I asked if I was supposed to call McDonald’s and tell them their codes weren’t working they said yeah that’s about it. I thought Customer Service was to prevent calling corporate but clearly they don’t care and have no idea why the code doesn’t work and they can’t explain it to you. It just sucks for you and you need to hand up your card.

Service was horrible. Food took a very long time to get. Aske for coffee this was in my bag. How am I supposed to drink this bag of coffee. Also chicken biscuits wasn't right. I had a hard time getting it replaced.

Coffee was extremely expensive, service was slow, and the atmosphere was depressing. They no longer have a soda fountain and you have to ask for napkins. There's usually no one at the counter to get the napkins from or take your order.

It's a shame that there is no customer service at any McDonald's anymore.The price is outrageous.You have to wait a long time for your order.The system put in place to order your food on a board is very impersonal.You have to check your order for the correct items.They don't give you napkins.If you only have a limited time to get lunch/dinner, don't go to McDonald's.Last , the food is always cold.

Good service, clean area, however the TV was playing Angry Birds and similar videos that overstimulate children. The idea of ​​spending time at Playgrownd is for them to interact with each other, meet friends and get out of the routine of their homes. We have come before and they have less stimulating movies or music and the children play normally, but today it was overwhelming to see 7 children watching TV and none of them playing
