I stood there for 15 mins at 11 am only to find out that no one knows where the guy is that is supposed to be working. Then he finally shows up and is so slow at taking orders it was easier to just leave.

Alexander or whatever his name is did a terrible job serving me. Didnt make any eye contact and never called my number when it was ready. Guy cooking food with glasses on did a great job cooking and handing the line and food. Thinking we should send xander to BK⊠not mickey d material:)

Well i placed a mobile order says it opened at 630 come in they said they don't open until 7. Why is it when you put foreigners in charge this is the result. Why do we let foreigners do whatever they want and get away with it?
I show up for my order. Wait inline forever. And was told they canât accept that order number ? Itâs the number given to me by McDonaldâs when ordering online. Makes no sense. This place sucks
On 01/11/2025,I placed an order for a Big Breakfast and two breakfast combos, along with tea and coffee. Unfortunately, my order was not fulfilled as expected.
The delivery I received only included the Big Breakfast (without the hash brown), tea, and coffee. Both breakfast combos were completely missing, and this was highly disappointing. While I have contacted DoorDash about the issue, the responsibility ultimately lies with your staff, who are tasked with preparing and ensuring that orders are accurate before they leave the restaurant.
I am particularly disappointed with this specific McDonaldâs location, as this is not the first time their service has fallen short. If I had known my order was being handled by this location, I would have canceled the order outright. The repeated negligence and lack of attention to detail at this restaurant are unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on McDonaldâs standards of quality and service.
I kindly request that you address this issue with the management and staff at this location to ensure better accountability and training. Customers like myself expect accuracy and professionalism when we choose McDonaldâs, and experiences like this make it difficult to trust the brand.

If you're a busy worker with only 30 minute lunches, this is NOT the place to stop at. You'll be late coming back from lunch guaranteed. Hell, I had to leave this review to remind myself not to come here.

Went there and got food around 6:00 p.m. we got home ate our food and I was looking down at my burger and I saw it was raw will not go there again because people who work there are real lazy and don't pay attention

I went in to order lunch for my grandson, 6 piece Happy Meal. The wait was extremely long, and we were one of two customers. The young man who appeared to be in charge was on talking on his earbuds (phone) the whole time. When it was finally ready, I doubled checked that it was 6 piece. His answer was,âYes.â When we got home my grandson only had 4!
The young man never acknowledged my grandson when he said,âThank you.â

This was a totally disappointing experience. I was trying to be kind and polite, but when the order was incorrect, that was the last straw because I saw the young man check the order and then he lied to me!

The attention from the staff of this establishment, in addition to being bad, is unfortunate that they treat customers like trash! I went to pick up an online order and the red-haired woman who served me seemed to be angry with life, with the world, she felt like she hated her job; I can understand that he was having a bad day or any other reason but the customers are not to blame for this, he looked at us with contempt, the service was super slow and really if the order had not been paid I would have left this place!! In addition to this whole situation, he was not wearing gloves, he touched his hair and then he packaged the potatoes and other products like that! The worst thing is that I have gone to Walmart several times because obviously I will not shop at this McDonald's again and you see the same girl with the same attitude towards customers! How sad
