This will be the last time going here, this particular McDonald's has constantly got my orders wrong, and this morning was the last straw, I ordered two hot cake breakfast trays, and guess what, there no hot cakes in either. You guys need to do better. It's not that hard to look in the bag to make sure everything is there, before giving it to the food delivery person

After placing and paying for a full meal, I drove approximately 15 minutes home only to discover that my chicken sandwich was raw. This is a serious food safety issue. I immediately returned to the restaurant to have the problem corrected.
Instead of offering a refund for the entire meal or providing proper customer service for the inconvenience, I was told that only the chicken sandwich itself could be refunded. I was not offered an apology, nor was any concern shown for the time, gas, and inconvenience I experienced.
The restaurant was in a rush, but that should not take priority over correcting a dangerous mistake made to a customer who already paid. Customers with incorrect or unsafe food should be treated with urgency and respect, not brushed aside.
Serving raw chicken is not only unacceptable, it is a health risk. The lack of accountability and customer care made the situation even worse.

Line is always long customer service is slow and rude I wouldn't spend another penny with this establishment!
Here I am again. This is getting out of hand. I used the mobile app and ordered food. Well my orange juice was watered down so I had to go back and get another one. My steak egg & cheese bagel didn't have what I asked for and I paid extra for round egg but gave me folded egg instead. When will this stop. I literally go here 5 times a week. You would think they'd get the order right as I order the same thing everytime. Also the steak bagel has no breakfast sauce and I asked for extra sauce smh. Also asked for no onion..but there's onions on it.
PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Very GETTHO and Terrible location. They treat counter customers like 3rd rate citizens. Online ordering doesn't help speed up the pick up process inside. When finally asked if you're picking up, counter girl has an attitude. This is why sit down is winning.

I come here at least 3 to 4 times a week Monday through Friday. To the point where the normal breakfast crew knows who I am and always say hi, when I get to the screen to order my food. However, this morning I encounter a female that she typed the order in and the screen was incorrect. I specifically told her hey, the screen is incorrect. She said, oh, drive around to the second window. I'm going to fix it, so I get to the second window. She's standing there talking to another lady. She hands me the food and I say I thought you said that you would fix it. And she was like, what's wrong. I said I told you at the screen that the order was incorrect. She goes on to say what is wrong. I told her what was wrong. She takes the order back, had it remade, comes back to the window. The order is still incorrect. So at this point I'm like, is there a manager? Because this is ridiculous, you got the order on the screen wrong.You tell me to come to the second window. I get to the second window.The order is still wrong.You take it back to try to remake it and it's still wrong. What is going on now because i'm lost. So yhis is why I am leaving this review. Mcdonalds please do better in training you employees to take the order correctly instead of telling the customer to cal down when clearly I never got upset just asked to speak to a manager. No manager was on duty so this review will suffice. Also this happened at approximately 430am 11/23/2025. The female is brown skin with locs, short, from what I could tell and running her mouth the whole time and looked like she was getting ready to leave.

The food is usually good hot and fresh. My issue is the staff. I had ordered the filet o fish combo, on the bag smelled like a lemon scent cleaning supplies. I kindly asked that they remake my order. The guy came to the window with an attitude saying they don’t have cleaning products near that area etc. he went on and on with an attitude. I know what i smelled maybe it was just the bag but coming from someone that has been food poisoned twice before, I’m very careful when eating out. Why argue with me , he doesn’t own the store just remake my order. Finally he ask me to pull up and he would bring it out. I sat there for 10 mins or more waiting, I ended up having to get out my car and go in and i met him at the door with my order. At this point im nervous to eat it not sure if he had did something to my food. I ended up trashing it and just wasting my money.
