at the drive-thru window was a young lady named Shanice she had a very unprofessional attitude and was extremely rude the McDonald's corporation doesn't need a person of this caliber. this young lady needs to be retrained as a member of such a wonderful corporation I don't think McDonald's would have been around this long if they had this type of attitude governing this body of work overall McDonald's is an outstanding place to eat I eat there all the time with my children. but Miss Shanice really has to go!

Burger and chicken sandwiches had been made hours before. Soft drinks tasted nothing like what we ordered

Zero stars, sat in line for 10 mins and watched neither line move an inch. Take your business elsewhere

We went here and for some reason there was weird classical music blasting on the radio and the workers couldn’t turn it down. Otherwise, we had a fine experience

Today, December 17, 2024, a woman server refused to sell me a Happy Meal and called the Raleigh Police on me and three COPS showed up and one of them a Officer R.A. Smith wrote out a Trespass for me not to come back again. I am an old lady of 77 who is decent, and I was mistreated there at 105 E. South St. and am a participant of Go Access with the City of Raleigh and deserve to be mistreated like that by the store and people who are supposed to Serve and Protect. I am sad that these COPS don’t have stricter rules by the Chief of Police in Raleigh Patterson to protect old, frail women like me. I am a Mom and a Grandma and somebody should do something to keep me safer and happier. (I can dream, can’t I?

Music is too loud! Not at a rock concert and symphony music should never be played that loud in a dining experience. When I asked one of the team members to turn it down, she looked at me like "Whatever"

Tbey be really busy and low on staff just be patient ask for fresh food and stay at the counter if you don't feel like they are giving you your food quick enough speak up about it but don't have no nasty attitude why would you get mad at people who have to serve you food that's crazy to me

Above average McDonald's experience. Not a high bar, but a bar nonetheless.
