I ordered through the app and the guy in window said the order wasn’t there and that he was not gonna give me the food because he couldn’t see it even with me showing him my phone with the payment and correct place. He made me order again and assured that the first order wouldn’t be charged and it was. I feel the guy just stole it. Terrible service

Worst mcdonald’s EVER! I only come by here because it’s right near my work, everytime I come I am greeted by the rudest person wearing gloves and mask. I understand it’s a mcdonald’s so the standards aren’t high, but everytime I go here there is always an issue. This morning I went and ordered breakfast, saw the correct order on the screen and pulled forward to pay. Of course i’m sitting there waiting 5 minutes just to pay. I got my order and of course it’s the wrong thing. Never come to this mcdonald’s if you want your order correctly or deal with nice people.
