I ordered on the app and went to the drive thru. At the order screen I was waiting & nobody greeted me. I watched 3 cars put their order in at the other drive through lane but nobody talked at the speaker I was at. I drove forward and told the guy at the first window nobody said anything so I drove forward. He helped confirm my order and I got my food. I ordered a large fry and it was like a small fry because it wasn’t filled. The other large fry was perfect as well as the sandwich but I expected to get what I ordered. Y’all are my favorite McDonald’s in the area. I already drive far because the McDonald’s by my house is horrible. Please do better because the last couple experiences have been bad.

Missing a side of fries, missing sauces for nuggets, got unsweetened tea instead of sweet, and my mcflurry was almost forgot and looked like ice cream with toppings thrown on top. Typically this location is ok, but not lately.

I let it slide the first time, but once again i order a McChicken and for some reason it doesn't have lettuce or mayo. Also ordered a $6big mac meal using the app and i paid $9 for it. Idk if they cant hear or if they dont understand English. And they big mac beead is hard. Absolutely terrible.

Waited 15+ minutes for a simple one person order last night, and it was not busy! There were 3 or 4 other orders on the board, more staff than their were orders. During that time, not a single staff member greeted me. Not one. Nor said thank you or anything other than my order number when they FINALLY served it. Fries were underdone and skimpy. Miserable.

I normally cut fast food places some slack but my breakfast this morning requires that I leave some feedback. Ordered pancakes and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were stale like they had been sitting under a warmer for a long time. Never had McDonalds hashbrowns like that. The pancakes were so hastily packaged that part of one was stuck where the plastic clips together. The inside of the bag had syrup in various places that got on my hands, and no utensils were provided.

Nice and clean. But took 5 mins for someone to come to the register. Food was not good. Stale mcmufrin, hash brown was sitting for a while and soggy. Food is too expensive for this. Fail.

I had some missing items to me order and the manager called me a week later to apologize and offer a free meal… WOW! THAT IS AMAZING! ROSA IS A GREAT MANAGER! I love this location!

LOVE having a play place to take my kiddoes to while having a classic Happy Meal!! Fast service, food was hot and staff was polite. Bathrooms and tables needed a little clean up but overall good experience.

Never buy from this place, (you should check your food before eating it) I never check my hamburger, yesterday I had to take out the onion and I realized that the bread was moldy (green fungus) because of how expired the food usually is. McDonald's
