The lady at the ordering window was very rude while taking our order. After the first item she asked “anything else?” in a blunt tone? Ok what ever you work in fast food it’s not that fun I get it. Every item that was asked for after the drive through lady would talk over us asking anything else. The last two items she talked completely over us just repeating “anything else? Anything else?” Over and over. The last item was missing from the order, wonder why? I recommend this woman gets coaching on how to take an order. I suggest letting them tell you when they are finished ordering. Honestly just replace her with AI

I frequently get cold food and there's the occasional wrong item. I wish corporate would take more interest in their franchisees. This is not a great location and I only have myself to blame for going here.
