Only one drive thru was open even though both said they were, no one answered after a minute and a half of saying “hello” to the order station. When I went inside their self service station didn’t print a receipt because it’s out of paper and two people are standing at the counter right now, both are unable to get anyone’s attention. Stop being cheap and hire some people seriously this service is slow even self service isn’t being taken care of. Also they just push everyone to “Now Serving” on the screen, I’m guessing to keep appearances with corporate that they are keeping up with order times. What’s crazy is that they aren’t even busy right now. Oh and the Ice Cream tasted like chemicals not food, like someone left way too much flavoring in the mix. Not what is tastes like at other McDonald’s.

If there’s a VIP lounge for burgers, fries, and fast food royalty, the McDonald’s in Raleigh is the palace of golden arches dreams! The fries here must be sprinkled with magic, because they disappear faster than a magician's rabbit. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—each one is like a salty hug for your taste buds.
Let’s talk about the Big Mac. I don’t know what’s in that secret sauce, but I’m convinced it could solve world peace. Two all-beef patties, perfectly stacked, looking so good it should model for a fast-food calendar. Even the McFlurry machines work here. Yes, you read that right. They’re spinning like they’re in a dessert Olympics, ready to cool you off on a Carolina summer day.
And the staff? They’re not just flipping burgers; they’re flipping vibes! Friendly, fast, and so efficient, I’m half expecting them to hand me my order before I even walk through the door.
As a pest control expert, I can confirm: this place is cleaner than a whistle at a health inspector's convention. If D & D Pest Control Co. ever expanded into burger quality assurance, this McDonald’s would still get a golden stamp from us. So if you’re in Raleigh and your stomach starts rumbling louder than a NASCAR race, this is your pit stop. Five stars isn’t enough for this Mc-heaven! 🍔

Worst McDonald's I have ever been. Long waiting time, rude Manager and not clean lobby. TO BE AVOIDED.
The kiosk in this establishment rarely if ever issues a receipt for a purchase and violation of North Carolina state statute Retail Installment Sales Act § 25A-22.
Also, there’s nothing like enjoying my breakfast and what essentially is a homeless warming shelter. This is not the McDonald’s lobby that I remember from my childhood.
When my order was ready, it came in to go packaging, even though I ordered it to dine in. is this McDonald’s way of asking me to leave and telling me I’m not welcome?

1:37am and noones out our about. We see 3 ppl inside, pullup to the speaker, 10min later still no response. Pull back around, see the same 3 ppl avoiding looking at the the windows. You're not 24hrs, and if your gonna be like that don't make me waste gas pulling up trying to feed me and my girl, just close.

Dirty tables. Crunch pancakes. Togo order when I asked for "for here" I yelled to get someone's attention. Told it was unnecessary when everyone ignores me, meaning the volume. I tried quieter. Rude staff, but not everyone was. The head manager is a no-count. Stands around and talks to others while customers are in line waiting for service? I dig that. Don't do that when it's dead, nah, let's ignore customers. Right. $$$ on my meal means I HATE YOU ALL HERE THANKS AGAIN FOR RUINING MY MEAL YOU RUDE PEOPLE!
P.S. I know where the best McDonald's in the RDU is. It's not in Raleigh and I'm not telling.
