There is always an issue with this location when I go to drive-thru no matter if I order on app and try to pick it up in drive-thru or try to order normally in the drive-thru. Today I went to drive thru to pick up my mobile order…before I could even say anything the person on the drive-thru blurted out “Come inside” no explanation or anything I was confused so I say “I have a mobile order” and she repeats “You have to come inside” again no explanation. I go inside and luckily I switched the app pickup from drive thru to pick up inside. Because I didn’t know what they were doing and another customer did not switch it to in store pickup so she waited and waited until she asked a worker. Anyways I continue to wait for 20 mins inside and the place was filled with waiting customers. If you can get enough staff to keep this place running then y’all need to close it until you can find more people to work. I’m gonna stop coming to this location anyways. Long waits and food isn’t even fresh after the long wait. Plenty of other locations in the area and I would rather go elsewhere.

I've been cussed at here by the manager, my food order is ALWAYS missing something or not the right order. Noone is EVER at the cash register. Many of the employees act like wild monkeys straight out the jungle, NOONE here at this particular McDonald's takes ANY pride in there job.Kid-friendliness: THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR KIDS!!!
