Pretty confident its against code to hand a customer the wrong food have the customer pull it out the bag and then put the food into another customers bag.

It was terrible. The restaurant was supposed to close at 11 pm. I placed my order at 10:30, and by 10:45 I was at the drive-thru. There was a girl and a guy, and they were laughing at us. They didn’t even open the window to say anything, like that they couldn’t take our order or anything at all — they just ignored us and made fun of us. So rude and unprofessional.

I waited about 10 minutes at the window, and nothing. I’m really upset. I had to drive 10 minutes to another McDonald’s because I’m pregnant and I really wanted my ice cream. 😞

The drive-thru staff is very incompetent. They took my mobile code and acknowledged my order then when I got to the window for my receipt said they couldn’t find my order. They proceeded to tell me to cancel my order that says currently in progress because they made a mistake after initially confirming the code & name of my order. I only have problems at this Poole rd location because staff haven’t been properly trained.

I go to the drive-through to grab me a Mc Rib pay for my food get to the window they have me pulled to the curb. I sit at the curb for an additional five minutes get my food go home and this is what I get a Mc rib with no sauce a water down Dr Pepper I call to let the manager know that they need to replace my food and she tells me I have to bring it back. I asked her are you giving me gas money take my name I will bring you my receipt and you make it right. Shania was the manager on duty and was not helpful in the least bit. She tells me it is not their policy they have to have the food back so she could not take my name to make the order right?

Here is a thought… having staff that actually speaks English!!!! So your customers don’t have to use an app to communicate with staff … that might improve your customer service rating

They must not have their vats hot enough because their fries aren't crispy and they're not Brown. I can barely taste any salt on them too. Definitely not a McDonald's quality fry coming from a fry cook of 2 years

Went to this location and the workers refused to give me full refund for an order they got wrong. None of the food was eaten and when I was asked if I wanted it remade or a refund they said they would only give me partial. I’ve called the corporate number I was given and left numerous voicemail and no one has called back. I know why the customer service at this location is trash because their corporate office is trash. I’ll be reaching out to McDonald’s directly to get this resolved.

Been coming to this McDonald’s for a while one of the better locations by far! Service is nice, they always get my order right, and food is hot and fresh! Exquisite dining 🫡 (edit) during the day lol 🤣 night shift not so much at least my food was hot. And fix your stuttering intro on the menu board couldn’t do a second take? 😂

this mcdonald’s sucks! i went just went by and they legit helped 3 cars on the left lane before they helped me and i was there before them. then when i gave them my code for my deal from the app they tried telling me i had no points, well yeah cause i wasn’t using my points i was using an offer, that doesn’t require points. the person who took my order accepted my code, but then when i pulled up they tried charging me without the code and of course i showed them my phone and even my app said “you’re all set” (meaning my code was accepted and used) however they were super rude to me and once again insisted i had no points. the code i used which said accepted was no for points but for a deal ($2 off a happy meal). whether you have points or not that specific deal doesn’t require points. that’s crazy. so i left. i never experienced such poor service before at Mcdonald’s but i guess there’s a first time for everything.

Sooo ordered steak egg and cheese mcmuffins paid for it then they couldn't find my order finally just gave me my order I drive to the jobsite and open my order and it's wrong not steak just egg and cheese. Beyond angry

Aug. 19th, 2025, 7:40am, I arrived to pick up a large order of Biscuits for a 2025-26 staff breakfast celebration at Bugg Magnet Elementary School by members of Raleigh Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. We appreciate McDonalds and their staff in support of our welcoming them back for a new school year. The Manager and her staff were amazing. Ms. Marie, I believe, was on task. Thank you McDonald's and the staff here in their support of the success of this event.
