I always order on mobile. The last 3 times I went, I was greeted with terrible attitude. I ordered an icee just to be told they don’t have icee- no refund due to mobile order. They didn’t know how- and sauce! Hahaha never leave that window unless you check bc about 9/10 it’s NOT in there.

They gave me an undercooked Chicken McGriddle, so I went back to get a new sandwich. By the time I got back home, I opened my order to realize they gave me an entirely different sandwich that is lesser priced than what I paid for. Not only am I going to suffer from food poisoning, my order was messed up twice.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese add bacon There was no bacon on my sandwich and I did not have time to run back because they were getting ready to close. I paid for bacon and I should have gotten it 🤨

There is no point in mentioning anything about the food as it never disappoints. But, the service is a complete failure when you don't get straws with your drinks at the drive through. You don't even realize it until you have left and are back on the road at which point, there is nothing you can do about it. I understand it is a simple mistake but has irreparable consequences.

I just had THE hardest biscuit in my life at this McD's. I would let it slide given I was ordering bfast at 10:20am, but it took 20 mins to get my order and then at minute 19 I am told that it will be an additional 5 minute wait time for my hashbrowns... No accommodation for the wait except a swap out for a small fry. Do better McD, especially when you are competing with a Chick-Fil-A right next door, which hits 99.9% of the time with great customer service and accuracy.
What’s the point of a drive thru if I have to pull into a spot and wait 5 mins for my food? Isn’t this fast food? I know you want to make your drive times look good but this is ridiculous. I’m ok with waiting if the order is correct. 4 items and 3 of which were wrong. Not sure if the language barrier is an issue or what, but it’s a simple order and I am shocked it was wrong. This location may be new because it just got rebuilt, but the workers here are the worst of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to
