I visited this specific establishment today and ordered through the McDonald's app. When I approached the counter to pickup my food, my food was cold and my nuggets were soggy. They were brought to me from under the heat lamp. When I informed the employee who was later identified as "Surrie or Surry" her immediate response was, "Well you waited an hour to come get your food!"Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! I informed her it had not been an hour, and I wanted my food cooked fresh. As this was being addressed, the General Manager named Sandra, was sitting in the lobby working on her laptop. She briefly overheard the words exchanged, and informed Surry if the order was over 2 hours before being picked up, they remake or possibly refund the order. I assured the General Manager it had not been an hour, and verified the time on my phone. The manager said nothing.After waiting for my food to be made, I requested an itemized receipt so I would have the corporate office information for a follow up. When I asked for her name and information, the employee attempted to ignore me, and proceed to a gentleman who had just stepped up at the register. The gentleman heard me ask for her name, and saw her ignore me, so he stepped back and said "You can finish helping this gentleman first" When she gave me her name, she said it very snappy and proceeded to take her attention right back to the gentleman who had stepped back, and asked him what she could get for him.This by far is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been too. Fly's were all over the place, and the customer service presentation was extremely poor!This specific location is located right near Rex Hospital. If you are staying or visiting, I recommend you take the extra 2 minutes to just go next door to Chick-fil-A. At the very least, you will feel appreciated and you will be addressed with the utmost RESPECT.

This specific establishment is HORRIBLE. The customer service is always snobby, the sanitation is poor (Take a look at the sanitation grade level when you walk in, as well as the flies all over the place) I visited today and placed an order through the McDonald's app. When I arrived, I walked in and retrieved my order, and dealt with an employee named "Surry" (may not be correct spelling) when I received my food, I informed her my nuggets were cold. Her response: "Well you waited an hour to come get the food!" As she snatched the bag back and threw the nuggets away. The General Manager named Sandra overheard this comment, and informed Surry, any orders over 2 hours, are re-made. I informed the general manager that my order was not placed an hour ago..this was complete sarcasm from this McDonald's employee!!!! The general manager was sitting in the lobby area working on a laptop. When my order was complete, I asked for an itemized receipt to obtain the store information and the young lady's name (Surry) that I had the encounter with. She attempted to ignore me and help a customer who had just walked in. When the customer heard me ask for her name, he respectfully stepped back and said "You can finish helping this gentleman first" I said, thank you sir, ma'am I was requesting your name?" And she said, "Surry!" And immediately asked the gentleman what she could get for him. This is by far the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to, the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and one of the most unstructured operations I have seen in an fast food chain ever! I do not recommend this place. If you are staying or visiting The Rex hospital, please just take the extra 2 minutes and go visit Chick-fil-A next door. I promise you it will be well worth your trip and experience! At the very least, you will be treated with the utmost RESPECT there!

By the exterior appearance I had my doubts, but food and service were great. The cashier Spencer was friendly and accommodating with all my modifications. Pleasantly surprised!

Went through the drive through and had to give our order a second time at the window. We triple verified the order for 2 large combo meals and were told to pull up to the next window for the receipt. The receipt showed that we were double charged for our fries and drinks which we verified after they gave us the drinks. The receipt showed charges for more drinks than we received so the staff at the second window didn’t even fill the order on the receipt.

There is no reason why there should be as many flies as there are in here. Also no soap in the men's restroom and the dryer doesn't work. The men working here are just air drying dirty hands. It's off putting, sort yourself out McDonald's.Parking: Empty when I got here.

I tried to order a milkshake at 2pm in the drive-thru, and they said "we aren't serving breakfast right now"... I figured he must have misunderstood me so I repeated that I just wanted a milkshake and he insists they don't have those for lunch. I gave up and went to a different location.

The app worked! I ordered and paid, and it gave me a four-letter code to speak at the order board. The staff found my order, waved me to the delivery window, and gave me my milkshakes. Shazam! Way better than shouting over engine noise, etc.
