I don't generally like to eat at McDonald's, but if I did there's no way in a million years that I am going to eat at this McDonald's. This McDonald's is a complete disgrace to the City of Raleigh and to our Country. They have allowed a damaged US flag to remain caught in the flagpole for over a month. If they cannot have the decorum to treat the national flag with the proper respect, and to replace it when it becomes damaged, then they have the freedom to choose not to display the flag, but displaying our flag in this manner is not acceptable. It is an offense to everyone who shed their blood over the past 250 years to build this Country into a world power, and it is offense to the millions around the world who sacrifice everything to come here. Regardless of your politics, if you are patriotic, and you believe in honor, AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S LIKE THE PLAGUE until they correct the flag that they display outside their establishment. And if that does not matter to you, I will inform you that this is probably one of the most unsafe McDonald's in Raleigh. Not only do they disrespect our flag, they disrespect their own establishment by allowing vagrancy. If you come here, expect to be approached by people asking for a meal, or money to buy tobacco from the adjacent gas station. There are two other McDonald's on Capital Blvd, there is no reason anyone should eat here. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Ordered food before they switched to breakfast and they didn’t honor the order. This was the only way I could get food tonight so honestly I will put in a bad review everyday until this store is destroyed because I can’t deal with lazy people nor do I have the time for it. Do your job or stay at home because your a disappointment to society.
I would definitely recommend this location over any other location I have ever been to especially late at night because Kwame is always amazing makes the best food, a killer McFlurry and always goes above and beyond for his guest and it’s always fresh food at that keep up the good work ?

Since October every single sweet tea (I get 1-2 per day) I have gotten from here is sour and will make you sick if you drink it. I just stopped for lunch for the first time since December and yet again another sour tea. It doesn’t take a genius to let the tea cool off before you put the lid on the tea urn!!!!!!! This has to be what they are doing because the tea has been bad since October! Needs new management or something

A terrible place, the tables are all covered with tape, you can’t sit down, there’s dirt all around... To use the toilet, you have to ask for the key at the checkout. Avoid this restaurant.

Very bad customer service, my nuggets were hard, the fries were nasty even though they were fresh, I asked for no ice & they loaded my cup with ice. I asked for the drink options and all the girl said was Sprite, Coke & Dr. Pepper. When I asked was there more she said no. I know there was . Only thing that was good was the apple pie and Sweet & Sour sauce. I will never go there again!
