I ordered an extra large pizza and a large pizza tonight for delivery. When the pizzas showed up the toppings on the extra large pizza were wrong. When the store was contacted instead of crediting the difference, they argued that they had made it correctly and then only refunded two of the three toppings that were supposed to be on the whole pizza. I even then sent them a photo on email to show. I was not making this up. This is extremely bad customer service, and very disappointing. I will never visit this establishment again after this experience. The whole pizza was supposed to have ricotta, meatballs , and mushrooms. It is clearly only on half. They then said they wouldn’t refund the ricotta because it must have slid during delivery. Really all 4 dollops?

The delivery was right on time and the pizza was absolutely delicious!!
The one thing that would’ve made it better was more generous on the toppings. One of the pieces hardly had any of the 3 toppings that I paid for, and the other pieces were a bit sparse.
In the way of tastiness it was a 10!!

Mega Pizza is my go to for great pizza and wings at a great price. I don't buy from the major pizza chain stores anymore and Mega Pizza is the closest to a Mom and Pop pizza place. Great specials and I plan to be a customer from now on.

I have ordered take out from this establishment on a few occasions. The last time I ordered from this location, one of the items I ordered, was french fries. When I picked up the order, the french fries actually had ketchup packets enclosed on top of the cooked french fries.
Even though, I was highly annoyed at how unsanitary this was, I didn't say anything and took the order and threw the french fries out when I got home.
Today, on August 24, 2025, at approximately 4:45pm, I arrived to pick up my new order (which included french fries).
I arrived and took all the items from the same gentleman who had served me previously (Male/Black).
I walked out to my vehicle and inspected the food and as previously, they placed the ketchup packets directly on top of the cooked french fries.
When I went back inside to discuss this issue with the same gentleman at the counter (Male/Black). He informed me that, that was their customary practice to place the ketchup packets directly on top of the cooked french fries. He stated, If I wanted it otherwise, I would have to request it that way beforehand.
We debated this issue back and forth for minutes and I find it hard to grasp why I had to explain to someone in food service why this is unsanitary and a risk to public health.
Please address this issue ASAP!
I also requested a refund for the cost of the fries, which isn't so much of an issue but, I want a refund to make sure the safety issue is addressed!

I ordered a small pizza and the bottom of it was very soggy, almost felt wet, couldn’t eat it..I called the store for a credit and was refused. The manager didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. Horrible experience.
