Superb! I ordered the plant based shitake pizza. A medium was $23. Good portion size and very filling. Mellow mushroom has amazing tasting pizza. The crust i could just eat by itself! Really fun and spacious interior great for big parties without over crowding. The bar area is also spacious. There is a lot of outdoor dining space as well.

I ordered the Lunch special with a salad. The other two lunches came but mine didn't come out because it had burned. No salad. I waited for my pizza slice which finally came but no salad. Asked where my salad was and she said I needed to ask for it when I ordered. It was part of the lunch. The salad was ok but didn't care much for the Pizza which should have been hot since it was just made but it was only warm.

I just love Mellow Mushroom. Either I'm dinning in with friends or ordering takeout. I always have a great experience with this restaurant. The staff always gives 💯 customer service. On top of that, the food is such a delight to eat!

Do NOT order delivery from them! Their food’s good when it’s hot, but they outsource delivery to Doordash to cut costs and their drivers suck. I ordered delivery twice this year, once on my birthday, and their “drivers” ruined both orders by completing another order, making me wait an hour for delivery and delivering cold food.

Food was exceptionally as usual service was not good at all. Other than bringing me a drink I did not see my waitress again until she asked me if I would like a to go box. Asked me if I would like a to go drink but never asked me while eating about a refill but clearly saw her check with the next table about the quality of their food. Have no desire to return if this is the quality of service I receive.

If I could give zero stars I would. They were super racist when I asked for help the little blonde brigade snapped at me and gave me attitude after waiting for 15 min then when I asked to speak to manager he was just as rude but helped every white person around me.

Great spot with delicious pizza right in the Glenwood South area. They also have a small parking lot so you can avoid street parking. Worth checking out.
