Awesome experience!!! We stopped for a couple slices for lunch yesterday. Took a little longer than was expected due to a kitchen mishap. Waitress was keeping us in the loop and apologetic!! We were enjoying conversation so it wasn’t an issue. The manager came over and told us she was taking care of the bill due to the wait !!! What great customer service !!!

Togo orders are almost always wrong, they are very typically behind on service to the point Togo orders are an hour behind schedule, and generally unorganized. I know that there is a staffing shortage in the job market today especially in service based industries, but I think it’s important to set expectations on actual timeframes.

Decent pizza but a trainwreck operationally. Prepare to pick up your pizza much much later than what they tell you.

Unfortunately we came 30 minutes before closing after traveling all day. We were seated at the bar and the server was fine, nothing special, but we got served our food right at closing (we ordered right after being seated). The server didn’t rush us to leave, but I felt obligated to eat fast so we weren’t keeping her. Pizza was okay.

Service was slow and I think they misplaced our order as food was coming out for tables that were seated after us, but it was a Friday evening and we understood.

This place is the WORST when it comes to takeout. I placed my order online at 7:42pm and was given a pick up time of 8:37. I arrived at the restaurant a little early around 8:20 to find a line of around 4 people waiting for their pickup orders. No one was at the to go orders desk to answer questions (see picture). I had to get the latest information about the take out orders from the people waiting. I waiting until about 10 minutes later when an employee came to the to go desk and was told that they were still in the process of filling my order. I waited and eventually the other customers started to get their orders but mine never arrived. By this time it was around 9PM and there was still no one at the to go desk to answer any questions and the restaurant was completely empty (see picture). Around 9:15 a young lady came to the to go desk and I asked for a refund and was given one. Terrible customer service.

The pizza was delcious!! I love Mellow Mushroon pizza. Sat in the bar area in a booth. Nothing special but it was a nice noisy atmosphere so you didn't hear anyone else. The waitress was polite, though she did stay away one time too long.

We always eat here. They must be short staffed. My wife went to pick up an order and they kept telling her 5-10 minutes. After 45 minutes she left. Just tell your customers 1 hr. If it is going to take an hour.

Love Mellow Mushroom, just not this location. Weekday service was very slow considering a very small lunch crowd. Lunch pizzas were overdone and tough chewing. So no.

Hard to find a bad Mellow Mushroom no matter the state, that's why I look for them when I'm out of town.

This place has really gone down hill in the last two years. Today marks the third time we have been to this location and gotten bad service with a lack luster apology or no acknowledgement of bad service at all. Tonight we went in for a small pizza and a salad. We put our order in and our salad showed up shortly after ward and was warm like it had been sitting under a heat lamp before we got it.

We finished our salad and waited for our pizza to show up.... and waited. After forty-five minutes the server finally came up and said there had been a mix up with our pizza and it had gone to another table. He then admitted it was because he had done a poor job writing down our order. The last two times we have be here we have waited upwards of an hour to an hour and a half for our pizza and its just completely unacceptable. I've been going to the Cary and Raleigh locations for almost twenty years now and never got this kind of poor service. Order take out only unless you have your whole night to waste waiting on your food.
