Mellow Mushroom Brier Creek

Our server Olivia brightened our day! This location gets very very busy, especially on Friday/Saturday nights. I recommend sitting in the bar as it’s a little bit quieter, and the bartenders are always great as well. Shoutout to Mellow and Olivia for helping us celebrate my son’s birthday!

Don’t come here for boneless wings. They fed me pea sized bread crumbs. Inedible. Frozen Tyson wings are a better option, sincerely. Love y’all

The food was good but the service wasn't great, I watched the host take out the trash with his bare hands and then immediately grab the utensils we were expected to use for dinner.. gross. Sat us at a table that hadn't been cleaned. The server was polite but not very attentive. It wasn't a busy night and there was plenty of people standing around doing nothing. I love the company but have never really had a great experience at this particular location.

Order food for pickup and they gave me a cheese pizza instead of a pepperoni. No big deal, I wait for the fixed pizza. I finally get home and start eating only to find there’s paper cooked into the dough on the bottom of the pizza crust. I fed it to my kids. What kind of quality control?!

After visiting several Mellow Mushroom locations, I have to say this one is pretty muted. The restaurant is clean and service was good. The food was not on par with other locations(Durham, Boone) but was not awful just ok. The other locations are very colorful and decorated and made the Brier Creek location look like a regular restaurant.

Go here! Especially all my people that are gluten intolerant like me. This specific location go out of their way to take care of you. Doordash, I am very disappointed in you and your lack of customer-service, but this location more than made up for them. Food delicious, service even better! This will be my good to, and to the manager AJ, thank you for going above and beyond. Your customer service is one of the main reasons I, and my family will continue to return!

Host did not tell server we were there, so our table waited more than 20 minutes before I had to flag a server down to get service, even though it wasn’t busy. Servers were in a booth playing Uno, and did not notice we hadn’t been helped until we said something. The male host seemed more concerned with his salad more than anything else. Our server was very apologetic but did not check in with us very much, so this all led us to feeling very disappointed with our experience.

Wife had accidentally picked a later time for pickup but staff went out of their way to fix our mess up. love this place and the pizza is aweso!

Just brought my husband and our daughter for a quick bday lunch. The hostess sat us by the bar and we waited and waited and waited and then waited some more and no one ever came to our table. We ended up leaving after about 25mins and no one said a word to us. The waitresses and bar tender kept walking by our table and helping others. We are at Brixx up the street now and service has been amazing.

Got food poising from this establishment and called the following day to let a manager know. Her response was “oh okay thank you so much”. And that’s all she had to say. No hope you feel better or at the LEAST an apology or my money back. Nothing at all. I use to love coming to this establishment but now they will never see me. Beware of food safety issues.
