Great food, great service
They have a great bar but downside is the sun.
I will suggest them to tint windows or add curtains, sun light can get really anoying

Fantastic hospitality & fun, welcoming atmosphere. Clean, attentive and good food! A bit pricey, yet it's a chain restaurant in a city. Recommended!

Tonight was our second straight poor experience at Mellow Mushroom Brier Creek. This is a very poorly managed location. We were unfortunately sat in the bar area this evening with the server (and I use the term sparingly) being a young woman named Morgan. After waiting about 30 minutes for our food and watching her tend the bar and not her customers waiting on food, we inquired and were told she wasn't sure where our food was at. Clearly. A few minutes later the appetizer arrived, probably sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes, followed immediately by two pizzas. We have noticed a trend at this location that if you put in an appetizer order, they won't bring it out ahead of your meal, they will bring out all of the food out at once. After getting all of the food at once this evening, no one ever came back to ask how our food was, and no one ever came back to ask if we would like a refill of our drinks. We didn't get any refills, just the initial beverage. The only thing we didn't wait on tonight was the receipt which thank God came promptly by someone assisting Morgan. We never saw her again. The manager was certainly no where to be seen and also never came by after it should have been apparent we weren't happy with the service. We won't be patronizing this location any more, and I encourage others to find a different Mellow Mushroom because this one sucks.

The food was good, but this service was amazing! Darius was my server today and what a pleasure it was to meet him! He was so friendly and positive… Knowledgeable about the menu and completely attentive as I had him running back-and-forth from the kitchen more than once. Never a complaint, just a big smile on his face. I really appreciated his positivity and upbeat attitude! The cheesesteak was good, the spinach salad was great, but Darius offered an outstanding dining experience! I’ll be back!

Go to the one in Durham. Way better food, way better (and respectful) staff, you won’t have to deal with rude managers , or being harassed for them not liking your review or them deleting reviews that speak the truth about this location and how they operate. Spend your money with people who deserve it.

I love this place. I have been going here for years when in town. Constantly great quality pizza and great service. We'll managed for sure.

I have been there many times with a large group and had alot of fun. Last night we were there and treated very very poorly by management! The staff in the bar were trying to help and management kept getting mad and eventually told me they would be happy if we all left. Very Rude!
