My son and I ate here for the first time yesterday. Tracy H was so friendly, patient and helpful explaining some of the dishes to us. I went with the shrimp and grits and my son at the Buffaloe Chicken Bake. The food was amazing and so was the service. Highly recommend trying Metro Diner!

We decided to check this place out because it had some really good reviews online. We definitely were not disappointed. We loved our server, she was super friendly and funny. Our food was delicious and the portions were huge. They have a pretty diverse menu, I’d definitely come back for breakfast or to try their lunch or dinner options. It was super busy the entire we were there so I’d say be prepared to wait and have some patience.

If you are going during peek time allow for a 30 minute wait. The food is good I had the eggs and pancake meal and coffee. Our server was very nice and attentive.
The place was hopping busy but our server was amazing and very communicative. I had the biscuit and gravy, it was delicious. My bf had a chicken biscuit and a breakfast sandwich. The biscuit was dry and almost no flavor of honey for a "Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit" . The egg in the sandwich tasted over cooked.

The food was good here! I had the Metro Club with mac and cheese, and a water! Usually the spot to meet my grandpop and family, loved having to see the place at night, and it’s great to be in a shopping center. Reminds me of a similar scenery back in Virginia!

I always get the three egg breakfast with turkey sausage links and grits. Never let's me down. Orange juice is always good. Cranberry juice is good. Grilled cheese is good. Anything breakfast is good. Can not speak on lunch or dinner as I only come for the breakfast but so far I haven't had any real issue with this restaurant. I will say there was one time about a month ago and I do mean one time when I was waiting to pick up my order at the online pick up order area and the lady doing the online orders gave me the complete wrong order. I mean nothing was right. Not even close. Haven't seen that lady since. Since then only good things.

Got put on waitlist then noticed people walking up were seated immediately outside. We weren’t given the option. Waited 30 minutes by unorganized host. Unacceptable!!!
