2 nd time I did not get what was ordered. I got sausage when I ordered bacon. I called and was told the manager would give me a call back , but have not heard from them. Make sure you check your order and make sure it is hot. I ate 2 bites and it went in the trash. Order # 39697946126237697

I had a doctor's appointment on Tuesday morning. My daughter suggested stopping at Metro Diner to get some take out breakfast. I got an order of the Cinnamon French Toast with a side of eggs with cheese and bacon. My daughter ordered the pumpkin waffle which she loved. I opened the container with the eggs and cheese and they were hard, overcooked. Then I opened the French toast it was almost black, it was burned so bad and overcooked. I tried to eat what I could because I spent so much money on it. I heated up the eggs hopefully the heat would soften them somehow, not a chance, even heated up they were still hard. The French toast was burnt so bad it did not have a taste at all. Usually I get good food from there. I was so disappointed. I will never get take out from there again. The food is to expensive to throw away because I can't eat it!!!!!

We had a cater breakfast for our technicians here at Custom Door and Gate of Raleigh and had Metro Diner cater it. It was amazing! Kourtney delivered the food right on time, and everything was perfect. The chicken and waffles were a huge hit. I highly recommend Metro Diner for any catered event!

Went into Metro Diner without too many expectations yesterday around lunch time- we very quickly landed on the Biscuits and gravy and chicken and waffles. The B&G were fire, fantastic buttery biscuits with delicious sausage gravy. The Chicken and Waffles? Great breading, well cooked, and the waffle was thick but fluffy, it came with a scoop of strawberry butter that tasted more like delicious ice cream than butter and its HALF A CHICKEN. The portions are great, the pricing is great, if youre looking at this just commit and go, you and your family/friends/significant other will enjoy it thoroughly ¤

We have been coming here for years and we have never run across such a detailed oriented and friendly person as Michael. We eat all our meals out some very high end and we rarely get as good a server as him. You have a real gem with him.

I love Metro Diner. Tonight I went to Metro with my grandchildren and their parents visiting from Michigan. The food was delicious (as usual)and everyone raved about it, even the picky children. My server was Jonny. He was polite, patient and attentive, we were served quickly. He anticipated ours needs which was impressive for a party of 10. I have never had a bad meal or service. Every time I come to town I make it a point to have at least 1 meal at Metro!
It's Veterans Day ... y'all are packed with diners and people waiting. The hostess, servers and kitchen are doing an amazing job! Courtney was helpful, patient, and attentive. Thank you.

The food was amazing! No wait time. Every staff person was friendly. Especially our server Michael! Shout to Michael for excellent customer service and let’s not forget his humor. The guy is hilarious! He was very thoughtful. I was cold and he offered me his jacket. Amazing!!
Also, the manager was cleaning tables leading by example!!
