The tip is included when they take your bill and it is 18% the lowest I think that is not good because if someone carries little money what will happen if it is not enough to pay the tip I think that people should be the ones who give what they want according to the service oh put options like 10% oh options like that

The food is good, but if your order online they do not have it ready at the time specified online. Every time it's been AT LEAST 20 minutes later than the website says. They need to date their system. I come on my lunch break and I do not have time to wait for my food to be done. That's the entire point of ordering ONLINE. Two stars due to poor service.

Had these bad boys today! They were delicious, and the chopping block as a plate is genius!(though they will take up a lot of space from the table, its very unique.) These tacos had grilled chicken, chorizo and pork! Overall everything was good. Would come back again!

I’ve been here 2 times so far .. never again. The meat taste really weird and is hard to chew. The servers SUCK!!!!! They will check on you maybe once while they attend to their own kind instead. Not a welcoming restaurant.

This is the most expensive Mexican restaurant I've ever visited. One Margarita (glass) cost $15. RIDICULOUS!!! My first and last visit to this place. I know the cost of everything has gone up but come on, $15 Smh...
This used to be one of our favorite spots when we lived over this way. We were on this part of town and everything tasted different almost as if it was from a jar. Very sad that it was that much different after only 8months since we last ate there. Hopefully it was just a bad night

We decided to try this restaurant after searching for Mexican places nearby. While the food itself was good, the overall dining experience was disappointing. Right away, we noticed how extremely loud the music was. We had to almost scream just to have a conversation, which made it hard to relax or enjoy the meal. On top of that, service was very slow. It took a long time for anyone to take our order, and once we received our drinks, we weren’t given any straws. We also ran out of chips early on but couldn’t flag anyone down since no one came by to check on us. The biggest issue was the lack of attentiveness from the staff. It felt like we were just sitting and waiting for most of our time there waiting to order, waiting to get refills, and later waiting for to-go boxes and the check. By the time our food arrived, we had also run out of drinks, and again, no one came by. I understand if the restaurant is understaffed, but the combination of loud music and lack of service really impacted the experience. With some adjustments in both areas, this place could be much better.
