I have mixed reviews of this place. The food was absolutely delicious, however our server, Amanda B, left much to be desired. She displayed an attitude when being asked the most basic of questions, failed to bring refills in a timely manner, and seemed overall annoyed with having to serve us. Any time that we called her over to ask for something (because she rarely stopped to check on us) she was exasperated and short. We were not there during a busy time and we were polite and kind the entire time.

a bit disappointed. tacos were way too smokey for my taste. bacon wrapped jalapeños and mac & cheese were good. i also enjoyed the banana pudding! overall, would get again and try something else, just not the tacos.

Very disorganized. Long wait times with several empty tables. People being sat before others that have waited well over estimated time. Pay to park only to leave hungry and with a terrible experience. Poorly run establishment.

This was my first visit to the Raleigh location on May 28, 2025 with two out of town guests. three diff dishes were ordered..brisket, St. Louis rubbed ribs and burnt ends. The brisket and burnt ends were amazing. The ribs however were dry and tough. The meat certainly did not fall off the bone. I would not recommend the ribs based on this experience.

BBQ was pretty good considering it was still readily available at 8PM. I ordered the combo meal with ribs, brisket, sausage and Carolina pork. Brisket and pork were nice but the ribs and sausage weren’t that great. Smoke flavor was very subtle. The sides made up for it though. The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, and the barbecue beans were really tasty as well (although the beans were sweeter than I’m used to). Nice selection of beers on tap. Will have to compare with other bbq places in the area but I would still come back. I don’t think I’ll be getting the ribs again though. Service was nice, good atmosphere as well.

We had a great time! The service was amazing . The food was fairly good. Any suggestions I have with food would be more from a preferred perspective. The greens were great with the spicy vinegar. The broccoli cheddar casserole was delicious. My brisket sandwich was too soft and the bun was soft and got soggy (Might want to request a harder bun) I got the pecan pie dessert with ice cream. The ice cream was amazing. The pecan pie had too much custard for me. I gave a four star rating based on my personal preference and shared my experience of the food for others with similar preferences as me. I would definitely return to try other items on the menu. I would definitely recommend friends as this place is definitely a vibe .

Insanely delicious NC-style BBQ in downtown Raleigh! Had burnt brisket ends that are cooked in their cola BBQ sauce - the cubes are crispy and also melt in your mouth. Their st. louis ribs, crispy skin and fall apart. We also had their cast iron corn bread, cheese stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeños, jalapeño cheddar sausage, and bread pudding. It was all so freaking amazing. Our server was Ricky, who was so kind, welcoming and incredible! He introduced us to the restaurant, excited we were new there, and made everything sound so good, he's an angel! ?? Huge Thanks from your Tucson fam ?
