So salty. If you're used to Chipotle I'd avoid it.

Great Customer Service! Whoever the 3 guys working Saturday evening are, give them a raise! They were some really cool guys with great customer service.

It's in the midst of a food court, so it can't have all the amenities that a standalone Moe's can have. But we were able to enjoy our food at home just fine!

The lady working there was soooo nice, she served me food even though they were closing. They have awesome burrito also. Everything perfect.
Standard southwest fare. Line was a bit slow even during nonpeak hours. Zero atmosphere, as it is in a food court.

This is a wonderful Moe's location! I would prefer to dine at this location rather than others due to their friendly workers. We had a to-go order of a homewrecker bowl yesterday and it was delicious. It was prepared correctly and on time. Their portion sizes are perfect. Thank you!

Moe's gets the job done, and the queso here is the better than the queso at Qdoba and Chipotle. This is one of my go-to spots when I need to feed someone who doesn't eat meat. Welcome to Mooooooe's!
Vegetarian options: I love that a burrito filled with beans is just as tasty and filling as one filled with meat.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would.
I work at the mall and have never eaten Moe’s before until around four months ago and have had it almost every day for lunch since.
The women and men that work there are ASTOUNDING. They’ve even paid for my lunch for me several times.
The gentleman who I believe is the GM is SO kind and polite and makes small talk with me even on the busiest Saturdays.
I even struck up a conversation in line with customer I’ve never met, and SHE wound up buying my meal for me by the time we got to the end of the line.
This Moe’s is SUCH an amazing happy place for me, stress just melts away even for a minute soon as I get in line, they know my orders by heart.
I’ll always come to this Moe’s.
Not to mention the food is CONSISTENTLY great, but the service outweighs it all with the amazing staff.
Keep it up you guys and gals, I’ll be seeing you all again shortly!
Side note: BRING BACK THE POTATOES to this location! ?
Fantastic food, and friendly service. They also offer olives and tofu for their burritos, which their similar competitors do not do.
If you want to get injured go to Moes southwest restaurant in Crabtree mall Raleigh NC. . My jaw hurt and in excruciating pain because I took a bite to 1 inch blade Mixed in my food bowl last time I visited Moe’s southwest at Crabtree mall Raleigh NC. Manager acknowledged it was from the tomatoes shopper machine. Did they reach out to me to at least check I was OK? Nope. See fotos of the blade. Very bad place and no one really cares for customers there.
It's pretty standard chips and salsa kind of stuff.
