Restaurant is absolutely disgusting. Looks like an elementary school just had lunch time. I’m sure the food quality in a prison is better. They didn’t even have ice for their drinks. Staff seems like they are overworked and have the worst attitude.

Went at about 430 pm. Place was empty. Staff was busy paying attention to everything but preparing our food. Very skimpy portions. When a restaurant is slow they should be spending time making sure things are well stocked. Not this place. Two of the salsas were empty, the drink machine was out of many drink options. When my son asked if they could put more lemonade in the drink machine he was told they were out. Since that’s the only drink he wanted I went up to the cashier and requested a refund of the $2.99 plus tax drink. It was amazing….. all of the sudden they were able to find the lemonade mix!! They also charged us for food we did not order or receive and then it took forever to get refund. The WORST Moes we have ever been to. Bathrooms not clean either.

Service was awful lady with an orange chili tattoo was incredibly rude and talking with her coworker. We ordered ahead and still had to wait 15 minutes past the projected wait time (they where empty). There soda machine was completely empty and didn't even have ice.

I ordered through the app and picked up. It was ready on time. The app needs to be updated, their menu shows that I can get sparkling water but they don’t have that. So that was kinda disappointing. Then the burrito is just not that great. They forgot my guacamole on the inside and that was disappointing as well. Their salsa tastes strange too like something is missing or going bad. I’ve been to other Moes before and it’s much better, not sure what’s going on at this one.

Moes is a classic. The food is always great. Fresh. And made exactly how I like it.I always get the stack. It did not disappoint! It reminded of a Moes I used to go to back home.The people were very friendly as well!I’d highly recommend if you love Mexican fast food. This location also gave me free queso on my stack. That was much appreciated! Thanks Moes for being awesome!!

before my moes experience I had crippling depression and debt, but then my savior Jack Conner Sullivan told me about this magical restaurant with amazing prices. moes helped me with my depression, my debt, and it even made me a multimillionair, all because of one burrito. the burrito was full of hundred dollar bills and now I live a happy life.Thank You Moes

Ordered pickup online. Couldn't even include the side of guacamole I asked for and have no way to get a refund. Just out the money. Looking more and more like the Mexican McDonald's. the idiots don't deserve a penny over 7.25 an hour. There staff are to retarded to do the basic task of answering a phone call. Put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on me before I could talk to anyone. Yall suck. If I could rate a 0 star, I would. Go to any other moes it's worth the drive.

I bought through Uber eats so the ticket that is printed for the order clearly says exactly what is ordered. I paid for a chicken stack with a few added items and received the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen from Moe’s with nothing but beans, rice, and corn salsa…..I’ll be submitting a return to Uber but how is that an acceptable decision for whoever made the order? Tried to call and let the manager at least know and it just hangs up after going on hold….

I grew up going to this Moe's during off campus lunch in high school...and currently work at the university close to this location as well. I've progressively seen the food and service here decline. In the last two weeks I've been twice...just to see if it was me...there was no greeting, "Welcome to Moes"...I'm not sure if this standard has changed...and it seemed as if the priority were the online/lunch/pick up orders, rather than the customers who were in the actual line.After waiting a few minutes I went through the line. My burrito bowl was on par...however the queso I paid extra for in my burrito bowl, as well as the side, was not included....I realized once I paid and got to my car. I went back inside and they knew why..and very promptly began making my two sides of queso.I think the state of food service right now across the board is declining, but I know this location receives TONS of business. The foundation is there, but the execution is sub par.
