My order was wrong, after returning and explaining that the order was not made the way their signature dish was supposed to be I was told you have to tell them what you want on it. If I order a signature item then it should be made the way it states on the menu unless I specify not put a particular item on. I was told “We don’t do it that way. You have to ask for what you want on it”. The assistant manager on duty refused to remake the item. If that is the case then take the signature items off the menu and state order it your way. I wasn’t asking for my money back just simply to fix the item and after spending $50, I don’t think that’s too much to ask. Let just say my meal was disappointing. I just got my sons to switch from your competitor to Moes. I come because the food simple and tasty. We have been there once or twice a week for the last month. One staff particular staff members attitude on all the occasions that I went was less than desirable, not that you have to be all happy, happy but more pleasant would be nice. Just not friendly or pleasant to the staff.

Dirty. Sanitation score was 93. Trash was overflowing onto the floor. Large pile of ice on the floor in front of the drink machine. And to top it off, my food was cold.

ordered at the drive-thru and two young men took a trash can they were dumping and set it in front of our car, then looked through our windows and yelled to us to purchase them something. we were too scared to do anything and should have contacted the police. we will not be returning. do not go as a single woman/multiple women/with children/alone!!!!

Guacamole was way way too much lime and salt. The ingredients were fresh, but my wife and I couldn't stand to eat it. Quality control was lacking. Other ingredients in salad bowls were fine. Moe's sauce was good.

Chipotle is way better. This was my first time here. If im gonna get a stomach ache at least let me enjoy the food. This is why id prefer Chipotle. The green salsa is delicious though

I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews, be aware when you order chicken from the drive thru it defaults to DARK meat as stated by the manager. I ordered two bowls and we both could not get this chicken down. I called the store and the manager did not allow refunds only to come back to the store and show proof like WHO has time for that. The manager also stated “well we haven’t had any complaints about the chicken today” like my compliant didn’t matter.
I’m giving two stars instead of one because of the friendly drive through worker but this experience was terrible and I can no longer support this establishment.

I have been going to this Moe’s multiple times a month for years, along with several other Moe’s around the triangle, this location has been consistently my favorite. But overall the quality and cleanliness has dropped remarkably across most Moe’s. This location still wasn’t open at 10:50am and it’s time to move on to another chain for my lunches
