Literally the worst fast food experience I've ever had in 30years.I've ordered from this location for 2 years. At least 75% of the time my burrito was missing ingredients or rolled like they knew nothing about burritos.Nothing worse than getting your burrito sans guacamole, cheese, sour cream and .lettuce. Thanks for the rice, bean, chicken and the wad of fresh jalapenos burritos

Somewhat fresh ingredients for a "fast food", good tasting dishes, clean seating area. My biggest complaint is that the staff is stingy by default (I would assume because of management's instructions... , even though the prices are not cheap), and not really very friendly. I would have given 3.5 stats if I could just because of the last two points, but opted for 4 for the food quality (again, for a fast food)
The burritos are amazing. I also appreciate that the restaurant cares for its community and has been frequent donors to our charity.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. I love that they have tofu available as one of the proteins.

Ordered ahead during weeknight dinner time. Food was ready when I got there and the food tasted fresh. Staff weren't super friendly, but weren't rude either. Just... Nice enough. This location would probably benefit from a little extra customer service training to get that 5th star.

I'm generally not a fan of Moe's, but a friend invited us and we went. The folks behind the counter were friendly and personable. The food was as expected for a Moe's - not great but not bad either, it's okay. Chips, queso, tacos etc. I ate at Moe's.The store does not have the cleanest dining area based on my one experience here - finding a table that was wiped down and ready for people to sit down at was a little challenging, even more so for a second table for the kids.I would come back again if I was invited (again) by friends, but generally it wouldn't be my thing.

The Sunday night crew is consistently good. We go most weeks for their kids' promo, and the staff are efficient and the cashier is sweet. Thank you!

I want to first say the Brier Creek location is awesome! Greeting, courtesy, and always thorough.The Creedmoor location is the exact opposite. This was my second attempt and they failed. The teammate initially assisting me did not ask me which rice, beans, or chicken I wanted and proceeded to just throw items in the bowl. Side note - I've never received a bowl that was 60% full without going over the brown rim. I shared the experience with the cashier who stated "we don't ask customers what type of rice or beans they want." Horrible, but it gets worse. I stated that I visited numerous amount of Moe's and have never heard that, to which he was deflective too. I stated that it would be good if the initial teammate was taught more customer service skills. I think he said, "this is how we operate". Upon my full payment he asked if I wanted a receipt and I replied yes. His immediate response was, "Are you going to leave a bad review!!?" Which I replied yes too. At that point he said "well do you want some more?" I stated the main focus was customer service and declined his offer. So this location saved a few dollars today but will lose so much more as I will not come back, share the experience with my social media outlet and teammates at work. It's much easier to be positive, helping and kind versus negative and dismissive. Thank you for your time.

This has consistently been the best Moe's in the Raleigh area I've been to - clean and stocked salsa bar, friendly staff, food options all available, food taste and quality on point with the best of Moe's. Two other Moe's nearby are always kind of a mess but I really appreciate everyone at this store and doing great at your job.

This is the best Moe's I have ever been to. I travel around NC for work and have experienced dozens of Moe's and this location on Creedmoor Rd is by far the best I have been to. I have been coming regularly to this store and the staff (Dorian & Jaciel) always go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. The food is always cooked properly (which isn't the case at other Moe's) and it is one of cleanest fast casual restaurants I've been in. Consistent, fast, reliable, great people...keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!
