This location has went down within the last year. The food was really good and the portions were normal for the price. I would come maybe 1 or 2 times out the month and haven't been in months because of the ridiculous portions at least talking about the bowl. The few last times I had been the tastes was just off. The employees look annoyed to be there and that you are bothering them, which I hated to see since I always tip while taking out. Maybe try the other location but id rather go to chipotle

Food was decent. I haven't been to Moe's in a while so it was a treat. I did notice that there was alot of employees standing around talking while one guy was doing all of the work. I had to wait 15 mins for him to make our food when others could have helped. I get it, online orders are priority but inside on-site customers are too. It does not take three people to make one online meal.

Workers had door lock when it was clearly business hours. They could at least update the website or add note to door. No wonder the location is always dead this location will probably close like many others.

Poor service. 3 people in line in front of me. 3 workers/employees. Not busy but took 10 min to get my order. The customer in front of me got frustrated and left saying she would go somewhere else to get better service. 2 employees were busy chatting with each other while I was trying to tell 1 of them my order. I ordered a steak bowl, then was told no more steak. The other employee grabbed a container full of steak out of a cabinet. I ordered a cup of queso which was forgotten to be given to me. Thankfully i checked before leaving with takeout order. The employee gave me the cup of queso with cheese dripping all over the outside of cup. Also had guac smeared on lid. I asked for napkin, none were included in my to go order. The employee acted frustrated that I asked her for napkin and did not apologize for handing me a cup of queso with it dripping all around cup.

They don't cover their food so tge chicken and rice and beans are all hard and crusty, go elsewhere

I recently visited Moe’s and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly, but what truly made the visit exceptional was one of the team members. A short Latino employee with short hair stood out as the heart of the operation. His energy, professionalism, and welcoming attitude set the tone for the entire restaurant.

Despite a busy lunch rush, he managed every guest interaction with genuine enthusiasm and efficiency, creating a positive environment not just for customers but for his coworkers as well. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and represents Moe’s values to the fullest.

This location is lucky to have such a standout team member. I’ll definitely be coming back!

i got there and a short latino guy with short hair quickly came and tended to me. He was very respectful and when the food was taking a little long he kept apologizing and was very respectful throughout the whole experience. He was a very humble and nice waiter, i respect it very much.

This is what my son ordered versus what he got. Is this worth $16?? We eat at this Moe's location almost every week and the portions are no where close to the new prices.

I ordered the Edgy Veggie. I didn't gwt the Moe's Sauce and only a teaspoon of guacamole (it's hidden under that huge pepper). After spending a week at camp and 10 hours ride home from Tennessee, it is not the welcome home dinner I wanted for my son. Very disappointing experience!!

Not a good experience here at this Moe’s. I watched a guy walk in behind me and this was his first time at Moe’s and unfortunately i don’t think he’ll be back because of the food here. The rice was hard. The drinks were flat and no ice in the ice machine. If there was a manager around, they weren’t on the front line. I don’t think I’ll come back to this location. Serious changes needed.

Me and my family came to moes today for a delicious meal but we were less than impressed, in fact I’m typing this review while in the restaurant. They were out of 3 or their five “proteins”, and various toppings and when we asked they didn’t care to replace anything, mind you it is a dinner time. After being disappointed with the food we looked for seating where there wasn’t a mess, spoiler alert there was barely a place to sit. Overall we were very disappointed tonight hoping that our experience will improve if we decide to come again. I would go to the moes 10 minutes from here instead.

In general, we like Moe's, but we ate at this location in North Raleigh for the first time. Staff was courteous. It was clean with an upbeat atmosphere.

Bad service didn't greet. I had to sit and wait while they was cleaning. I was waiting about 5 minutes to get till I can get an order. They messed up. My order ordered a quesadilla. They didn't grill it. The chicken and everything tasted bad. Very bad service and I asked for a receipt and the person in didn't give me my receipt or grilled my quesadilla I will not go back to ask for refund but they're not picking up the phone
