Came here on 2/8/24 at 4:00pm to pick up a mobile order. No employees said anything to me - I guess they’d rather stand behind the counter and fondle each other. My appetite is definitely gone now but not because of the food. Whoever manages this location needs to have a serious discussion with their employees about what’s appropriate in the work place.

I just paid 12 dollars for some food the equaled a happy meal from McDonald’s . Times to hard for this garbage, you can purchase food from the grocery store rather then over paying for this unseasoned skimpy tray.

I came into the restaurant to order my birthday burrito. I let the lady know that I would like a chicken burrito. There was half a scoop of chicken in the spoon to which she put on my burrito and moved down the line. I immediately asked can I have the rest of my chicken she put the rest of the chicken on the burrito but then charges me for double chicken I specifically said I did not ask for double Chicken nor am I paying for double chicken after yelling at me telling me that everybody has to pay for double chicken She told me "if you don't want this, you can leave" I've never in my life been spoken to like that by anyone especially someone that is requiring me to pay for something that was the worst experience I've had in North Carolina thus far!

The service is absolutely asinine here. Food is fine...more often than not I receive undercooked chips. Seems like they have a lot of people working....yet no one is actually working. Lots of chit chatting and blatant rudeness. I hate to leave them a bad review but they are just consistently terrible. Go to a different location if you can.

I just left and came straight home to eat my food. My steak bowl was unsatisfying. The steak was hard and dried out. I tried 3 times to call to give them a heads up to change the steak out so no one else eats it but they didn't answer. My lunch was ruined. I had lost my appetite. I hope to get in contact with them for compensation.

We enjoy Moe’s from time to time but this was a first at this location and wow… the staff was very unfriendly. It’s a nice area overall but the inside of this place wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. The ingredients on the bar looked a bit too old as well which should have been a big red flag. I contemplated walking out in the middle of the lady making our food because of how rude and how much of an attitude she had towards myself and my kids. Will not be returning.
