Moe's Southwest Grill

The place is big, and it's nice and clean. The food is really good and this place isn't sloppy like others I have been too. The employees are all pretty cool, nice, and engaging. There are 2 soda machines, but sometimes they have problems with the first machine. Parking only ok, it shares a lot with other places so spots can fill up fast during dinner time. Oh, the restrooms were clean and stocked, so there were no problems there. This is my favorite Moe's location so far

Fantastic location. Food is always delicious. The quality is consistent day to day. I also recently used them for catering at my wife's baby shower and everything went even better than expected. You won't find a better crew than the one here at Moe's in Wakefield.

Went in tonight, 12/6 standing in line and I see a lady come in the door address two staff members behind the service line. The lady, which I now know was a manger off duty, proceeded to get a bowl, grab the spoon and dish out her own food. No washed hands, touching bowls, spoon, and lids not one employee said anything and the three on duty just stood there watching. She placed a lid on her bowl then walked into the back, came back out talked and shared something on her phone ....that was funny to all the workers. At this point the young lady behind the counter...knows I'm not happy. The manager proceeds to walk around behind the cashier to the on duty manager on the other side they neck hugged and smiled. Then walked back around to where everyone else was... of course after getting additional drinks what she came to work for. No one stopped her that worked at Moes, as she should have known better. I used to eat here alot, and me and my husband left and will not return. I knew everyone that worked at this location. There are reasons why the public is not allowed behind the counter, and the staff have on gloves, aprons and hats... I guess she forgot the rules. Of course when I asked was a manager on duty I could talk with ? the young guy behind the counter asked me "Why?" Really? And of course, I'm sharing what I told the two workers that were standing there..everything I've typed. Just be aware... the workers laughed as we left...which is fine, just hope no one gets ill.

Put in a catering order and half the items were not prepared. Hard to eat a fajita without tortillas. They also shorted us a bowl of queso, black beans, and other items. When we attempted to call we kept getting hung up on. Ridiculous.

Got take out and none of the salsas or cremas were in the bag. Like none. What’s up with that.

The staff during our visit was so kind and accepting, they treated our family very politely and were very observant of neurodivergent and allergen needs.

Could not recommend this location more!!!

Great food and Great Customer Service. The girl who helps get you cups and explains the different salsas at the very end of the line is wonderful. She goes above and beyond for customer service and should be commended for her great attitude and helpfulness.
