The food at this location was not very fresh or very hot. Typical mass-produced food that was prepared early in the day and sitting around. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food is not what I would expect from the prices that they're charging. For the same cost I could go to a sit-down restaurant and get freshly prepared meal that is much more appealing and infilling. I think this is par for this chain as its quality has substantially going down and as they try to simplify...

Cathrine she’s a Latina lady was beyond amazing … I had a veggie burrito she done in a beautiful way everything was super fresh .. her customer service is amazing.. she’s working from the heart.. it was the best, freshest, cleanest Moe’s I ever went to.

I had not been to any Moe’s in years because of a bad experience I had with customer service at another location. I saw this Moe’s in Brier Creek and went in. Haley welcomed me as soon as I came through the door. I was not familiar with where to stand to get started. Haley was very polite, pleasant and patient. She even made helpful suggestions and offered me the choice to taste an item that I was not sure about. I was served quickly. Her as well as Catherine’s customer...
