They are never open. We have been multiple times and they are closed. They have posted on their door to visit the new Cary location. So we drove out to Cary, just for that store to be closed as well. Would be nice if your online hours matched the hours that you are actually open.

This is a long overdue review from our first catering experience with them last year. I have mixed feelings here, because, yes, their macarons are delicious. Their service, however, has been steadily declining in the last few years.
As macarons are special to my husband and his favourite celebratory dessert, we were excited to book with them for our wedding last fall. I should've listened to my gut and booked elsewhere, as when I reached out via email (their method for catering inquiries) and never heard anything back until I called them 10 days later. When we spoke on the phone I still didn't feel totally at ease, but decided to move forward as we enjoy their macarons. We designed some custom printed ones for our special day and then never saw them arrive at our wedding reception. We didn't receive phone calls, but simply the next day an email (we were already en route to our honeymoon) offering to drop them off at our house. Luckily we did not put all of our eggs in one basket, so we still had some desserts, but not having such a special part of our day was really such a bummer and the only downside to our otherwise amazing night.
(Yes, they refunded us and delivered the product we ordered to our door after our honeymoon, but what are 2 people supposed to do with enough macarons for 80 people?! We apologized to all of our local guests in the following weeks by giving them a box of what they were supposed to enjoy on our wedding night.)
Overall, great product, poor service.

I stopped in here on a whim and man, am I happy I did!My sister and I grabbed a 12 pack and randomly selected some macarons to give a try! These macarons are made perfectly, and each one is packed with flavor!The cheesecake one is definitely a fav! I'm gonna be honest, it was hard to share! If you're looking for a sweet treat, check this spot out!

My wife and I visited Mon Macaron for her birthday about a week ago, as we have been there before and had a great experience. This time, not so good. We tried to order wine, they had NONE in the shop. We tried to order Espresso, they had NONE in the shop. The macarons we had were OK, some fresher than others. It almost seemed as though they were getting ready to go out of business.So my wife's birthday evening ended on a disappointing note.

This my second time visiting and both times the staff were very sweet and patient with me. The espresso drinks were delicious and macarons are perfect in chewiness and flavor. You really can't beat it's competitive price! This will be my spot for my early morning coffee and macarons cravings!
