Let me start this by saying I am a huge foodie that is a realist, very critical, and sometimes overly honest. Mr. Puebla Tacos is serving by FAR the BEST mexican food I have ever tried. Some (as myself) may think that food trucks tend to have colder food that's reheated, over priced, and mediocre taste at best. This place blows every other mexican spot within Fuquay and the surrounding cities out of the water.
I got the Philly Tacos and I just can't stop raving about them. Temperature of the food was hot, not scald your mouth hot but not warm. It was perfect fresh off the grill with unreal tasting queso cheese topped with fresh grilled onions and peppers. Two tacos for right around $7.00. And let me preface by saying they weren't slacking in fullness, they were overstuffed. I can't recommend this place enough.
And the owner was incredibly kind, gave me a recommendation on food, and continuously had a smile on his face.
PLEASE give this food truck a try if they're in your area. You absolutely will not regret it.

I had the Philly tacos on Saturday at the Altis by Serenity neighborhood event and they were PHENOMENAL! I’m not even exaggerating when I say these were the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was amazing and took great care of us (I was with the band playing). Definitely recommend them and can’t wait to have their food again!!

I ordered the steak quesadilla and I've worked in all resturants top Michelin to fast food and multiple traditional cooked Latin and Mexican style resturants and this was not good let's start with it had no flavor on the meat I only tasted cheese and the meat I could taste had no taste just tasted like unseasoned un marinated meat that was cooked and some were over cooked chewy pieces comes from not cutting the meat correctly or not knowing how the grain is inside of the meat your prepping I had to dunk it in sauce and sour cream to give it a flavor besides cheese I will not be ordering this ever again.
