I had the Philly tacos on Saturday at the Altis by Serenity neighborhood event and they were PHENOMENAL! I’m not even exaggerating when I say these were the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life. The staff was amazing and took great care of us (I was with the band playing). Definitely recommend them and can’t wait to have their food again!!

I ordered the steak quesadilla and I've worked in all resturants top Michelin to fast food and multiple traditional cooked Latin and Mexican style resturants and this was not good let's start with it had no flavor on the meat I only tasted cheese and the meat I could taste had no taste just tasted like unseasoned un marinated meat that was cooked and some were over cooked chewy pieces comes from not cutting the meat correctly or not knowing how the grain is inside of the meat your prepping I had to dunk it in sauce and sour cream to give it a flavor besides cheese I will not be ordering this ever again.

I work at Amazon Mr Pueblo come on his food truck and he has the best food I have ever had his food is always fresh and they are very nice and respectful I have tried another on his menu and everything is so good so please give him a try u will not be disappointed!!!

10 out of 10. Booked for a corporate event. Everyone was extremely satisfied. The food truck was punctual, respectful, nice and tasty. I will definitely be spending more money with Mr. Puebla Tacos again very soon!

We had Mr Puebla Tacos at Naylor Farm in Fuquay Varina, NC this weekend. We were so thrilled to see them return, as we also had their menu last year when we visited the farm. I must say, it is one of the best food trucks we have ever had. Usually food trucks have 1 or 2 items that are good, but everything this truck sells is amazing. It's fresh, priced fair and the food is consistent. Keep up the great work producing amazing products. Can't wait to return for another visit.

Haven’t had the opportunity to eat from the truck in a while, but saw them at Whiskey, Wine, & Fire this weekend. They did not disappoint! The food was delicious and everything came out fast and hot. We went back and got more because it was so good. We had a steak quesadilla, ACP, and the poppers and everything was delicious. Thanks for being consistently awesome!

When I tell you, this was hands down the ABSOLUTE best food truck I've had in awhile...most food trucks I've been to disappoint me, quality of the food don't be worth the money and not enough bang for your buck...BUTTTTTTTT this was an experience!!! I ordered the street tacos with steak and one brisket ? and also ordered the brisket poppers and scraped the queso out of the container lol...I talked about the food and how happy it made me until I said let me go give a review!!!! This was an amazing experience and I'm glad gave it a shot...definitely had more bang for my buck... MUST TRY
