It's horrible, my kid wanted it and I didn't even let him try it. If that's their presentation holy smokes. Forget culinary training buy a book on what a burger should look like. Wow ! so so bad

I live about 4 hours from Raleigh, but I was near the coast visiting family and on the way up my boyfriend begged to stop and eat at MrBeast Burger. Naturally I agreed and we decided to stop and take a look, we walked past the location at least 3 times. Then we realized that the location was inside of a Japanese restaurant. We were pretty confused and had to ask for help from one of the employees. We then proceeded to order our food on the kiosk, it didn't take long maybe 15-20 minutes but it was a little pricey. The burger was average, good taste but a little salty. The fries were pretty good, but all in all I couldn't say I would recommend this place. It's very misleading and a bit of a disappointment when you're expecting a cool MrBeast restaurant.

I ordered a burger and fries from Uber Eats. The food came in a timely manner, and I ate the fries first. They were good. Now to the main course, but the burger is terrible. It is the coldest burger I have ever gotten, and I know it wasn't because of the Uber driver, because the fries were hot. The cheese hadn't even been melted, and the burger isn't even smashed. It looks like someone took a couple of old patties out of the refrigerator, put a couple of cold slices of cheese on it with a stale bun, and said go with it. The first time I've ever ordered here, and probably the last. I should add that this is the first online food review I have ever written in my life. That's how bad the burger I got was.

Awesome burger. I love smash style burgers and this one was made perfectly and full of flavor. I don't know anything about Mr. Beast but I'll definitely be back for more burgers, which is something severely lacking on Hillsborough St. What's great about this location is that if someone wants some awesome sushi or a bowl of ramen they can get that as well!

Absolutely horrible. Sub par fast food with a premium cost because why? Right, don't waste your time energy or money. This is a great time to have a teaching moment with your kids about social media and the powers of influence. The food was a disaster. Stale chewy buns, soggy cold fries, and meat that resembles a McDonald's patty at best. We literally throw the sh** away and made new plans.

My 12-year old loves MrBeast, the YouTuber. He had heard about his burgers and knew there was a location in our city and he was dying to try it. So, last weekend, even though I was hesitant about ordering, I went online and ordered some food. It was easy peasy and said we'd have our order in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, the DoorDash driver called me and said that they were closed and should have turned DoorDash off but hadn't. I contacted MrBeast and the costumer service guy was less than enthusiastic, buy he issued a refund. Then on Sunday, my son wanted to try again, so my husband ordered. (I had assumed the driver on Saturday meant they were closed for the day, not done for good.) He had a similar experience. My son did not get a MrBeast burger and was pretty disappointed. If they are no longer operating here, they should have adjusted their website accordingly.

Mr Beast, As a father of a son, who watches all your videos back to back, I too have seen your videos and expected so much more from this Mr Beast Burger. First, I piled three kids into my car and drove almost an hour to end up in front of a restaurant with a different name and look all together. After a little confusion we figured out we could order Mr. Beast food from their kiosk. The sticker shock of the meal caught me totally by surprise, but I was already committed at that point. All the kids thought the food was great and all but one even took home their empty boxes. I think you're onto something that can be big here and I hope you succeed but this particular spot is a little misleading to folks going out of their way to support you. You all are capable of better.
