Love this place! The products, variety of styles plus large selection of materials to choose from is excellent. They offer free design consultation to ensure things are scaled properly for the space. To me, they are on top of color trends & mostly have lovely, durable furniture. This particular location is so inviting, it makes you want to stay for a bit. The staff we’ve met so far have always been pleasantly upbeat & informative. Hope to redecorate another room soon!The white outdoor sofas I’m posting are covered in their performance fabric and have been outside for 3 years. That’s year round with only spot cleaning. Impressive!

Really bad customer service here! Worked with an associate for months on thousands of dollars worth of orders. She was helpful, but recommended items that don’t work for my climate and have now caused damage. Also received defective outdoor furniture which has also ruined my cushions. Have tried working with the manager who doesn’t return calls and has provided no recourse.

I have been a customer of RH since 2017, having furnished 90% of my primary residence in Durham and my vacation home in SC with RH furniture and decor. In the last month, I furnished a guest bedroom with RH furniture after moving my daughter’s existing furniture to her new apartment. With the RH Members Program, I received 25% savings on everything, which made the products more affordable than the regular pricing (and not more expensive than Pottery Barn and Arhaus brands). Over these past 3 years of shopping at RH, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery and quality. In the few instances where there was an issue, RH resolved it immediately without giving me any trouble. The delivery process is consistently easy - always on time and efficient. The delivery team was even efficient delivering to my vacation home in SC where there was no good parking for their truck. I was a nervous wreck but the delivery team handled it all with poise! I have had issues at other furniture retailers, but never with RH, so I will always be a loyal customer. My only suggestion to RH is to consider going back to offering more traditional furniture styles - they seem to be moving too much into the modern and contemporary style, but that doesn’t appeal to everyone. They need to keep a mix of styles.

Awful, Awful, Awful. Awful food, Awful prices & Awful staff. I went there a few weeks ago for Sushi and found them to be subpar and overpriced. The sushi chefs were talking loudly & non-stop to each other in their language which I found rude. So I thought I would give them another try and order something else today. Ordered a Yellow chicken curry. Turned out it was miso soup. Very overpriced at $18. I asked for extra white rice ($5 ridiculous). The dish was barely eatable. Worst food I have had ever had. I left most of it but the server did not even bother to ask me if I enjoyed it or if I wanted to box it. Total "dont care" attitude. And yes the Sushi chefs were at it again...talking loudly, laughing... The place was almost empty while next door Bartaco had waiting lines...so that says it all.

First time we went to Mura (May 2019) it was delicious, everything from the appetizers to the sushi. Since then we have been 3 additional times, and each time being significantly worse. Chewy calamari, too much sauce on volcano shrimp, sushi rolls that taste like salt water and fall apart, slow service. 1-2 apps and 1-2 rolls for a couple will run you close to 100$ with 20% tip, just not worth the money anymore. Not sure what happened 😔

The food was great (I ordered a chicken and shrimp Bento), waitress was kind and helpful, the menu was easy to understand, and the building itself was beautiful on the inside. Will definitely come back!

Sushi is the real thing here. Well done on the style and craft. The menu is straight forward on the different dishes. The chop sticks are cut right on the ends to pick up sushi rolls well which is something most don't see often. Everything tastes great and love the hours.

I took my 13 year old son here, and he was very adventuresome. Sushi was very flavorful, fresh, and colorful. His favorite was still the shrimp tempura, but at least he tried salmon, and tuna.

Sushi + Ladies Night = a Fun, Foodie Friday at Mura in North Hills. I recently joined some fabulous female foodie friends * try saying that 3 times fast*Â and got a chance to experience Mura's japanese cuisine. One of them one their IG contest offer for a free ladies night. We were served 3 courses : soup or salad with ginger dressing, sushi & sashimi boat and chef's selection of 3 desserts as a dessert sampler. We dined family style and I am so satisfied with the service, the quality and presentation of their food! ------ My favorite bite from the night was this sushi roll called The Carolina. But everything I tried was absolutely yummy! They have a great cocktail list, plus wine or beer is available and of course hot sake. Mura is such a great spot for a girls night out!
