I had the surf and turf and my fiancé had the jambalaya pasta ; we both added a lobster tail. The sauce that came with my filet was sooo good. Everything was good! For our toddler, we ordered tenders and grapes…they gave her a nice serving of grapes. Our margaritas were awesome! Our waiter was attentive and patient. And you already know their strawberry shortcake is the best in the city!

Kid-friendliness: It’s nice but inviting for kids.

We went before 5 pm and were seated right away. The food was good, especially the lobster. We were stuffed, but ordered carrot cake to go.it was very crowded with people in line out the door.

It was just ok. I would go back, but it would have to be because of an invite. Good service and plenty of food, but this place is a bit far for a mediocre dinner.

We were there on Valentine’s Day at 8pm and had great food, drinks and service! Our waitress had a great personality and kept us cracking up-sorry I forgot her name but she is from NYC and took this pic for us😭We may return for hubby’s birthday celebration next month again🤩🥳

Normally, I like Nantucket Grill (in Raleigh,) but last night's meal was a DISASTER! First of all, they RAN OUT of the "lobster tail special" we wanted (I got the last one,) and my date had to SETTLE for "crab stuffed shrimp." They also RAN OUT OF DESSERTS, but to ADD INSULT TO INJURY, our server (Tatianna D.) CHARGED ANOTHER TABLE'S MEAL ($92.00 worth) to my date's debit card!!😡 I suspect those other people got a free meal out of it, while the manager on duty last night (7/23/23) basically "browbeat us" into PAYING AGAIN, when my date already had a receipt showing he'd paid! OUR MEAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN "COMPED" (Minus 2 alcoholic drinks we had.) Even worse, our server Tatianna D, hid out in the back, and DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO US! She started off "okay," but got slower and slower, basically ignoring us towards the end of our meal. The moral of this story is DON'T USE A DEBIT CARD at Nantucket Grill! I'm upset over our treatment, as I go there fairly often for the "lobster special."

2/15/2025: EDIT: Well, I just found out tonight that my accumulated "reward points" were apparently HACKED into, and some guy used them WITHOUT USING MY NAME OR PHONE NUMBER so I LOST OVER $34.00 in accumulated rewards. Either it was a scammer OR an "inside job," but I'm super pissed off! It RUINED MY OTHERWISE ENJOYABLE EVENING!😡😡😡

We went here to celebrate our friends 60th wedding anniversary. The food and service were outstanding. We reserved their private room, and we had 16 people comfortably enjoying the occasion.

Salmon scampi ($24) was subpar and there was a hair in my food. Social anxiety kept me from saying something to our waitress, who was absolutely the loveliest of people!
