This place has a sewage issue. The smell is awful inside the restaurant. The food is ok.

What a surprising find! The person taking our order at the counter was personable and had a really great smile. We ordered soba noodles with steak and shrimp. The servings are huge, so my wife and I split the order. Everything was fresh and it was cooked perfectly, but the best part was their white sauce. WOW, just heaven! We are not fountain drink people so just had the cold water from the machine and finished up for under $15 (before tip). I think that they do more carry out than eat-in as several Uber and grub-hut drivers picked up while we were there. We felt comfortable in our booth without feeling like everyone was listening to our conversations. We will definitely be back! Great meal for a night that we didn't feel like cooking.

Tried this placed for the first time and I must honest say I will not be going back here again. The food is so bland and not season at all with no salt or pepper. They put lots of onions but that still didn’t help with the flavor. Major disappointment for the price…never again.

First and last time ordering from here.
As soon as I walked in, I was hit with a disgusting sewer/bathroom smell, the kind that makes you want to walk right back out. You expect the aroma of food in a restaurant, not the stench of poor plumbing.
Then there’s the heavy door, a struggle to open on the way in and on the way out. That’s a serious safety hazard. If there were an emergency, a child or elderly person wouldn’t stand a chance getting out quickly.
Now the food, I paid over $16 per plate, and both were basically piles of soba noodles with barely any chicken or steak. What little meat was there looked sad. Definitely not worth the price.
And then the worst part, a black hair in my food. Halfway through eating at home, there it was, plain as day. The same color and length as the cashier, who was working with her hair down and no hair net. That’s just unacceptable.
And to top it all off? A tip jar by the register. For what? Sewer smell, overpriced noodles, and hair in my food? No thanks.
If this is how they treat first-time customers, I can’t imagine how bad it gets from here. I won’t be back.

Place was clean and the workers were nice. Food was not good. No flavor to the hibachi the steak had gristle and fat, crab ragoon was not good but the fried dumplings were ok.
This was the worst food I had for hibachi. I spent $25 for food that tasted so gross and I cant even eat it. I would not recommend going to this place as you would be very disappointed that you can’t even eat the food that you paid for. The guy at the front to take the orders is nice, but it’s a disappointment going to this place.
It would seem impossible to ruin fried rice and soba noodles, but it’s not. This was by far the worst food we’ve eaten since moving to Raleigh four years ago. We basically threw it all in the trash. Unless you are desperate for a meal, there are likely far better options.

Recommended dishes: Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp, Spring Roll
The guy who took my order was nice. The place looked very clean, but the food wasn't good. I got the shrimp & scallops w/rice. The scallops were very small and rubbery, and I had to spit them out. The onions were under cooked, and I didn't eat them. The spring rolls were good. It was a big dissappointment, for $20. I won't be going back.

Food was delicious, the service was nice and the restaurant was clean and quiet. Would recommend to anyone trying to get a quick meal in the area.Edit: White sauce is amazing, some of the best in the city.
