I made a mistake on my online order and sent it to the wrong Noodles and Company the manager at that establishment told me he did not know how to cancel an order. I came to the Briar Creek Noodles and Company and explained the situation she politely helped the other store cancel my order and then she and the General manager quickly had my food ready!! They were super sweet and so nice!! I appreciate the kindness!!

Be sure to check your order. I purchased full sizes. Did not get that, I got largely empty containers. One of the dishes completely left the protein out. Full sized prices for fun sized bowls with missing ingredients. The instacart driver is really nice though.

Walked in and was told they wouldnât accept in-store orders, only would take mobile orders. I was astounded by how dumb that was and had to reconfirm that they would only take my order in-store, if I placed it through a mobile order. Used to love coming here pre-covid. Clearly, things have changed, and all for the worse. Inside the store was dirty and staff unfriendly. Food tasted okay, will not be back unfortunately.

Surprisingly unexpected and flavorful menu items, staff highly accommodating, this eatery is a much more desirable stop for a quick lunch or light dinner than many other burger joints for certain!! Congrats to management and dedicated staff!!

I came in around 6:45 tonight. I ordered my mail and a large sweet tea. There was no sweet tea made. I attempted to get unsweet tea and put sweetener in it, but the unsweet tea was spoiled. I brought my cup to the front and asked them if they could get some sweet tea and they said no because theyâre about to close. Then the lady said that they might make some in 30 minutes. Which, obviously didnât make sense. They close at 9 oâclock.
I just asked for a refund. The manager came up, shaking his head, And asked if I wanted to buy a bottled sweet tea. I said noâ (bottled tea is terrible). He continued to shake his head and told me, angrily, To stick my chip in the card reader. He then walked away talking to the kitchen.
I told the young cashier that I was sorry, and I wasnât trying to make any big deal. I told her I could see her Manager shaking his head and being rude and that I didnât mean to upset him. I just said it would not be unreasonable to make sweet tea, especially if youâre going to sell it to me.
I see no reason to pay money for a meal when they clearly do not care about service, or making things right.
They are always so nice here! Luis the manager is great!

Waited in line for 10 minutes just to get to the register and be told âI need to help, put an order in onlineâ and so we did even thought it wouldâve taken max 30 seconds to take our order, instead we waited 15 more minutes to download the app and figure out how to make our order.
The Buffalo Mac and cheese was literally water, powdered cheese flavor and franks red hot. I wouldâve preferred the Kraft microwaveable mac and cheese cup over this.
The side Caesar salad was decent, although it was smaller than a kids meal.
