We were really excited to get our food from here, but it was a huge disappointment. The lady who took our order acted like we were bothering her phone time. The food was not hot, not seasoned and not good. We left after 2 bites. Do not recommend.

The manager was rudely on the phone while customers were coming in to pick up orders and place orders. Jada came in for her shift and immediately started taking care of people. With calm, grace, and accountability she served great customer service. She came in and saving the place from having a very bad review. Great job Jada!!!!
I've eaten here 100s of times over the past 5 years and it used to be my go to. Over the past year and a half they've gotten some new chefs and the food quality has gone down unfortunately. I usually get the Penne Rosa with Parm Chicken and Parm cheese and multiple times I've received noodles which were missing the Parm chicken I paid to have added and the spinach and mushrooms it usually comes with. Both the chef and manager looked at my food before bagging it and giving it to me so really no excuse. I've found I have best luck going around 1pm on weekdays but I can't recommend the place after 5pm on weekdays or weekends. Such a shame as it was one of my favorites in Brier Creek for years.

Used to be my favorite place to go. Then they got rid of avocados as a choice. First annoyance. I seriously order weekly at least. But every single time my order is wrong. Today I was sick and just wanted buttered noodles - no spices (I made this very clear in the app) I said to my husband “doesn’t matter they’ll get it wrong anyway”. Opened it up to- not only spices but various extra random stuff I can only assume was left in the pan- including burnt noodles of different shapes. I’ve only called back once bc I usually pick up. I’m done. If they can’t even do buttered noodles when my stomach can’t handle much… they’re not even trying and it’s gross to think of them just reusing pans and finding a random piece of broccoli or - even worse something I can’t ID. Sucks to leave this place.

We ate at Noodles and Company on a Saturday. They were able to take our order fairly quickly. We went with our 3 kids. Our two year old was fussy and the staff was so sweet attempting to make him happy. They brought him a chocolate milk. I ate my favorite pad Thai it’s so good, the only thing I’d recommend is a larger portion. My boyfriend got the Spicy Korean Steak noodle his is really good. My teenage daughter got the crispy chicken bacon Alfredo and my 2 year old got the kids Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with broccoli. He really enjoyed it and he was happy after eating it. The food came out really fast which was helpful because we were hungry.

I made a mistake on my online order and sent it to the wrong Noodles and Company the manager at that establishment told me he did not know how to cancel an order. I came to the Briar Creek Noodles and Company and explained the situation she politely helped the other store cancel my order and then she and the General manager quickly had my food ready!! They were super sweet and so nice!! I appreciate the kindness!!
