I attempted to get food from here before, however, the line was too long. My successful attempt was on a weekday and the line long again but I had time (so be ready to wait)
The wait is worth it OF COURSE! I am a New Yorker and the taste is authentic. My sisters say “It won't taste like NY without NY water!” but I think it is spot on!

I had a BACON&EGG/CHEESE on CROSSIANT. PASTRAMI&EGG on GARLIC BAGEL! 😍

Now I never visited this store in inclement weather or the heat. I would suggest water in the heat, heat in the cold, and a smile from the staff after waiting for so long. I know it is a NY theme but Southern hospitality is always welcome.

My server was kind and informative, she suggested the online option for future orders. Now I see the area for pick up, and the flow of people spills over to the DINE-IN area.

I look forward to seeing this franchise grow! I say this all respectfully.

Parking: There are four roles of parking and the space is wide. Be prepared for the weather you may have to walk a little. There are coolers inside with DR.BROWN etc drinks. Dessert, pastries. I had a POPPY LEMON MUFFIN. There are two doors for customers to enter and leave.

The online menu is WAYYY off price wise. I got two emails stating that my tab went up $4.34 just from cream cheese! And the number they post on the confirmation email is someone’s personal number!!!! Very suspect! My last time ordering online. Misleading and suspicious

We went there at 8:00 am expecting FRESH bagels. What we got was dry, stale and tasteless. I will never go back.

Not a NY bagel place. Far from it. Dry sandwiches with supermarket bought bread. Ordered the pastrami sandwich.it came with One thin slice of cheese with 3 thin slices of pastrami on a sad Kaiser roll with Dijon mustard. (Said deli mustard).
Bagels are below standard.

Good food and people. They kind of treat their regulars better than the new comers which is kind if rude. I thought we were all customers. Other than that , it's an ok place.

My GPS took me to what I thought was the sister store of NY Bagels but this was not it. The bagel tasted old and bad and the place was not exactly quaint.

I am from Western NY and love their egg, cheese, and bacon on an Asiago bagel. Delicious!

Bagels are pretty bad quality and they charged me $3 for extra bacon and my sandwich only had 2 slices on it. I also agree with a previous review somehow the food is all very bland

I hate doing this to a small business... but the bagels you can buy at food lion are better. It feels criminal to me that you would call these NY bagels. They were really bad. Probably the worst we've had since moving here.

My bagel was so fresh. The creamed cheese was delicious. I’ll be back.

If you're looking for a good NY bagel don't even bother. These are worse than grocery store bagels. Super dense and stale immediately. Also, why is there oats on the everything seasoning?! Disappointing. Prices are ok and atmosphere is nice.

I appreciate the convenience of this location, which is why I will likely return. However, I have noticed a decline in quality since the store changed ownership last year.

The bagels now have a subpar texture and are poorly seasoned and unevenly toasted. The portions of cheese and egg in the sandwiches are minimal, and the bacon tastes off—l think its turkey bacon, which is not what I expect.

Additionally, the dynamic between the son and father in the store is uncomfortable. The older man never acknowledges me but comes out of the kitchen to speak rudely to his son. Vibes are off.

Also the everything bagels are topped with oats, which are overpowering and not typical of New York bagels.

For those seeking an authentic NY bagel, I would recommend driving to Falls of Neuse instead.

This was my first time dining here and the customer service was amazing! Thank you all for being so welcoming.

The food: not seasoned well, but good.
The beagle: it was good.
The cafe: clean and smelled well.

I will try this place again!
