As a Bronx Native, I gotta say this is truly the best pizza spot in Raleigh. Ive tried many places and let me tell you… this is it! Not just the pizza but omg the baked ziti is *chef’s kiss* 🤌🏽 Por fin los encontré!

Being from Brooklyn I expect Brooklyn pizza to be just that. Sorry but their's is just almost NY style pizza they need to work on the crust. A good NY pizza has a nice crust on end and no one leaves it on the plate because it's a perfect finish to a great slice. I didn't get that otherwise it was okay. The staff left something to be desired when it came to quality. Poor communication and not a good show of respect for me as a customer. The place was clean and I wasn't uncomfortable eating there. But they have few areas that need improvement when it comes to food quality and customer service. However I'm not ready to count them out yet. Everyone deserves at least two tries right.

#1 I rated the service low because a fellow diner was curious about the Garlic Knots and wanted to maybe buy a few or have a sample of one before deciding to buy. Well the young man at the register said you can only buy 5 at once and not 2 and he couldn't give a sample. We were disappointed and decided not to buy any of the Garlic knots. Mind you, there were at least 100 garlic knots piled high right there behind the counter. Definitely not a way to treat buying customers.

Not only gave my doordash order to someone else, leaving me waiting over an hour, but then they refused to remake the order. Wish I could give a review of the food, but I never got it.

The man up front was very rude and dismissive. He was acting as if I was a bother to him . He kept ignoring me when I asked to speak with the manager . Even the customers behind me noticed how rude he was to me , I’m a regular customer here I was here around 5:20 today. Will be speaking with the manager !! Unacceptable behavior and very uncalled for . Think about how you say things and your attitude towards customers . If you are frustrated don’t take it out on customers ! I don’t appreciate this behavior. I’m a young girl trying to order pizza , that’s it !!
