Food is good, not Great. Would be better if they hadnt messed our pizza order up (wrong toppings) and also messed up the side items, resulting in a much higher bill. When mentioning this they had no care to fix our order or make it right. Only rushing because they were busy. The salad is a joke, do not order it unless you iceberg and raw onion. Might come back, but way overpriced and overcharged for not even the right order. The pizza also seemed slightly undercooked, though still quite flavorful.

Would have been nice if the margherita pizza description said it came with balsamic vinegar which they put too much of and made the pizza soggy. fresh mozz was not melted either. Had to put it under the broiler when it got delivered.

Grandma Pizza is amazing!! I am a meat lover and I didn't miss the meat in this pizza. Crunchy and flavorful!!

Wow?! What the heck is going on here?? Food was inedible. Chicken everything sub used to be so good. The chicken (?) patty was hard as a rock and the sub itself was dripping in grease/oil. The meatball sub was drenched in sauce, the bun was muck, the wrapper was stuck to everything. Horrible all around. What a shame because they used to be great.

I ordered a plain slice, two grandma slices as well as a sausage and pepper hero. The pizza was nothing special but it's decent. The hero was pathetic... absolutely disgusting. If you served this crap in NY you'd be shot!

Really hate leaving a bad review of a place we have enjoyed eating at for more than 10 years but when you falsely advertise pricing and don't admit it or try and fix it, I'm sorry but I can not support a business like this. Ordered a 2 topping 2 large pizza special that is advertised online on their website and in store on their menu for $26.95 plus tax $1.95 total of $28.90 yet when I went to pay the manager on duty wanted to charge me $33.41 a difference of $4.50. His response was I can only charge you what the register says and that theprices went up 2 weeks ago, yet both online and the printed menu at the register say the same. When I asked to speak to the owner he called someone else on his phone, coming back to only say that is the price. So I said your willing to knowingly over charge people and he just shrugged his shoulders and pointed at the register. I have the receipt he printed and the menu clearly showing the difference they are advertising and charging.
I am from NJ, lived there 40 years. I know pizza. Since I moved to NC over 20 years ago, Sergio’s is the best pizza I have had.

I think it's good in my opinion.but I like something else better then that and I think its fine to me but not good. And overall it's not good. And I think I love something better. I understand I'm not a huge fan of pizza but a little than better and also I love it and I like that better because I love there ny style. Pizza. And I have to try it elsewhere. I like better because I understand the stuff.
