I went around 7:15pm on Monday. They basically told me I could not dine in because they closed at 8pm. This was fine because I was getting take out anyways. However I would have been a little upset if I was planning on dining in as they were still open for 45 minutes... I usually go to Franks but they are closed Monday nights. This was on the way home and it said NY style pizza. Is it me or it the crust on this pizza super weird? I did not like it at all... and the pizza is a little bland... The service was great and it looked great for dining in...

The owner greeted us and the staff was friendly and they smiled! The first time there, we ordered pizza and it was the best in Raleigh. We have eaten pizza in different places, north, east and south Raleigh areas an towns. By far the best! After a month we went back and just as friendly with warm smiles, we ordered sandwiches and the stuffed with meat or eggplant. Wonderful. If you go there, you will have a great eating experience. Better pizza than New York City.

The staff was very friendly when we entered the restaurant, immediately greeting us and asking how they could help us. I had ordered online for pick up so we would have a short wait. We got our pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks within 5 minutes and ate in the restaurant. I wanted to LOVE the pizza but it was just average NY style pizza. It was cooked well and the crust was nice but the overall flavor just wasnt there for me. The restaurant was very clean and we were also spoken to when we finished up to leave. Customer service was great but the pizza was average, for me.

This is simply the pizza I have ever had. It is even better to the ones in NY city. I am going there every single week, and the Pizza taste the exact perfect taste as everytime. And do even bother me if you are not trying the Philly Steak Sandwich , it is a bomb, 3 melted cheeses on top mixed with the steak, can not get any better than this.

First time at Mikes Pizza and it’s a winner! We are always looking for the pizza place that tastes like “home”, even though out old pizza joint wasn’t in NYC, it was authentic tasting New York style pizza. Tonight the Stromboli was not only good but a huge portion even at the medium size, although my 6’3” son could eat it at one sitting, I think most people could get at least two meals out of one medium Stromboli. For 13.99 that’s a pretty good deal! So it’s a great place, clean inside, friendly workers, don’t let the slightly scary strip Mall location stop you, as you need to give it a try! Magnificent!

I visited Mike's for the first time today, and I can guarantee I will be a repeat customer. This is what I call Pizza! The best toppings, the crust is perfect. It has been a hard struggle to find good pizza since I arrived in North Carolina 13 years ago. This is the best pizza I've had in the Raleigh area. Thanks Mike, you have a loyal customer.
