The service was abysmal. It took 40 minutes to get our drink order. Our appetizer came out before the drinks. I think the server forgot to put in the drink order. So he put it in with our dinner order so everything came at once. Four cocktails that had not been ordered at once. One of the food items was wrong, which was not a problem. I had an amazing experience at O-Ku! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was wonderful, and the atmosphere made my birthday celebration truly special. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I left with only positive emotions. I will definitely be coming back again! P.S. The staff even surprised me with a birthday card and warm wishes — it was so unexpected and incredibly thoughtful.
My bday dinner was exceptional. The rock shrimp are a favorite, tasty, crunchy and lightly spiced. Dumplings were good, served w a great sauce. We had 3 different rolls, the oh baby was the best. The emperor with lobster was nicely flavored and the spicy tuna crunch was good but not very crunchy. Our octopus was nicely charred and seasoned well with gochujang. The donuts are a must order! So good and tender. I really appreciated the bday dessert with green tea ice cream and chocolate...
