O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Had to wait forever to be seated even though there were lots of tables open, not enough servers. The hostess was rude and inattentive, I would highly recommend staying away from this place unless the entire management is fired and all other staff is replaced with people who are actually willing to work!!!

Very Good chicken tenders and great prices as well! UPDATE: I placed an order yesterday 1/29/18 and I wish I would have checked my order before i left. They forgot my fires, my salad dressing and the rolls were hard as a brick. This isn't the first time this has happened and I know I'm not the first customer this has happened but a QA order needs to be put in place to make sure orders are correct before they leave the kitchen. Friendly staff and all, just make sure the food is correct when its time for customer to pick up. Seriously disappointed because I love coming here.

My husband and I WERE frequent patrons at O'Charley's. However, we feel we have hit a brick wall and know of no reason to return. First, we sat in the lobby for a 15-20 minute wait. There were patrons waiting to be seated when we arrived, as well as patrons who left when told of the wait time. On the way to our table, we noticed MANY clean tables ready for seating. I asked the hostess if they were short of help. The hostess stated they had several parties going on and they weren't allowed to do back to back seating. This made absolutely no sense. We noticed the wait staff were in desperate need of training. The food was nothing to write home about; no spoon to stir a cup of coffee. When the spoon came, it was a soup spoon. Our bread basket was removed without asking if we were finished with it. On the way out, we saw the lobby area was full of patrons waiting to be seated. HALF of the tables in the dining area were clean and set up for customers. I guess they don't realize that some people made a conscious effort to come there and would have appreciated the manager/hostess/wait staff be present and ready to serve. They were present in body ONLY.

Wow!! Service was amazing! Our waitress, Renee, was super outgoing and really nice. She makes you feel welcomed and with the lunch rush she maked sure we didn't feel like we were forgotten about. My friend didn't like her food and the manager came back to ask us what was wrong and if there was anything he could get us to make up for it. They took her meal off the bill and continued to apologize. The staff is absolutely wonderful and I'm happy with my experience while I was visiting Raleigh!

Excellent lunch dining experience. I arrived early and said that I wanted to color. I was given what I needed and had fun while waiting for my guests. Chris was a terrific waiter. He took our specialized orders—then, made sure we got what we wanted. Our food was served by another person and she was very nice. Chris came to see if we needed anything else. We did. After we had time to enjoy our lunch, another woman checked to make sure that our lunch was perfect. It was. We also enjoyed telling about NC to Chris and how he is from Rochester, NY. We had a wonderful time and lunch!!!
