Food was great...Service was not so good. I was with my family that consisted of 10 people, we dined in a private area..The waitress was polite, but she was rushed and she forgot to bring refills..I think they were shorthanded because it was like she wanted us to hurry and place our orders...and once we did that, we barely saw her..On a couple of occasions we went to find her because we needed refills for our beverages..But the food was very good, and we will dine in again..Oh, and it was my sister's Birthday and she never got her free dessert nor did they recognize her even after they were informed that we were there to celebrate her big day...

Got to go order of family size cheese ravioli. Pasta was wet and doughy texture. Not pleasant to eat. Was like eating wet raw dough. Serving Size was good but dish not well executed. Skip it especially since you will be out 50 bucks. We didn't finish even half the tray. Wasted time and money.
Order was on time and server who brought it outside was friendly.

The food was great, but to pay 10.99 for a lunch pasta and get .69 cents worth of pasta instead is outrageous

My husband and I eat here every time we come up from the coast for my Drs. appointments. There is an OG close to our home but it's not as good as this one,

Service not good. Had a party of about 20 and had prior reservations made so the manager and restaurant had ample time to prepare for our group. Reservation was for 11:00 am...the restaurant opens at 11. Door was not unlocked until after. We were directed to our section, seated and the wait began. We did not begin to get our food until 2:00 pm. However, we received the salad without any silverware which we needed to eat our food. We needed more salad dressing. The staff drizzled a little on top...none throughout the salad, so none was on the bottom. No spout or ladle to serve the dressing. Manager finally came in and we told her we needed silverware and something to drizzle dressing on the salad. She left and did not come back until the waitresses were bringing the food, which was 2:00. She is asking "how was our meal...everything going good?" I tell her no, everything was not good. We had been at the restaurant for 3 hours and we are just now getting our food? What had she been doing? Some of our party had to go and got takeout containers; others canceled their orders because it took so long; and some didn't get what they ordered. Horrible service. Horrible management.

When we arrived at 340pm, we ordered soup/salad and chicken marsala....we waited nearly 50 min for the chicken marsala. There were only 2 other tables with customers when we 1st arrived and one couple was wrapping up eating and soon left. It was not a busy/peak time. When I asked the waitress Rene about how much longer she anticipated the wait would be she stated "I have no idea" and abruptly walked off. By the time the food arrived we asked for a take home container and I asked to speak to the manager. I made this request twice. I waited another 18 min and the manager never arrived. This was beyond poor customer service. I will report this to corporate.

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs salad and soup, salad was cold fresh and very good, soup was excellent, meatballs were good, spaghetti was terrible, noddles appeared and tasted old, the noodles were dried out like they were sitting under a heat lamp long time. Will not order spaghetti again.

The food was terrible but our server was very nice. The restaurant was nasty and needs a deep clean.
