First time here..Its very dark inside, I even ask for a candle to shine some light. Food was good. Was there @ 7:40pm on a Saturday, and only a handful of customers. This place should be hoping on a Saturday night? What happen to all the people? I feel that if this place doesn't get a daily crowd, that it may close up soon.
Absolutely fell in love with this place. I was visiting from Colorado Springs to see if Raleigh was somewhere was someone I wanted to move. Find this gem, and oh man. It’s SO good. The French onion soup is unbeatable. I’m back in Colorado and craving it SO bad. Fell in love with Raleigh and fell in love with this place. Can’t wait to move to Raleigh and can’t wait to visit omalleys again.
Let's talk food first. The chef salad has over a pound of meat and cheese on it. The lettuce looks minimal compared to the meat and cheese roll-up! I was not impressed with the pork tenderloin sandwich. It was hot and had lots of meat, but there was no flavor. Maybe the mashed potatoes and gravy needed something, but no flavor at all.
