i came when they were newly opened and the staff and service was exceptional. i came back probably over 2-3 times after they’ve been opened for a couple of years now. first time i was waiting on a nutella taiyaki and that took over 20 minutes!! today i came in and ordered one drink which was the pina colada, people who came in before and after me got their drinks and i still had to wait over 30+ minutes just for one drink. i’m not sure if one of the girls there were training but they were giggling and laughing and talking on the job. i will not be coming back.

The boba here is horrible. The taro milk tea was good but the boba was not it. The strawberry milk tea and jasmine milk tea tasted like perfume. Pick another spot.

The girl name Ashley have such an attitude to the customer, when I just ordered my drink and she didn’t listen to carefully and made it small size instead of large size , and when she realized it, she rolled her eyes and raised her her voice to me, and made it like my fault, she is very impatient or probably she didn’t have a smooth day yesterday, but who cares, if she thinks she can put her own problem on customer where she is working then she should just quit her job

We recently visited this place and tried two drinks: Earl Grey and Honeydew. Unfortunately, the Earl Grey tasted over-steeped, almost as if the tea had been brewed for too long, which made the flavor harsh.
We also ordered Taiyaki. They were undercooked inside. The one with Nutella was fine, but the Boston cream version had filling only at the very end of the tail, so most of it was just plain dough.
Overall, I think this place has potential, but the drinks and food could use more attention to preparation.
I used to like this place a lot. Went today and they didn’t have half their menu. No milk anything. My large coffee was almost all crushed ice to the top of the cup. The teriyaki fish seemed underdone while the Nutella was piping hot enough to almost burn you.

Tried this cool spot called OMTea Boba & Bites in Raleigh, NC. We were in a rush but craving something sweet, so we decided to give them a try. We ordered two different drinks, and both were absolutely delicious. The service was fast, and the shop’s atmosphere was super pleasant and refreshing—especially when it’s 91 degrees outside!
If you haven’t tried OMTea Boba & Bites yet, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed!
