Their food is very personalized; their service is quick and satisfactory, and their quality is excellent. The atmosphere and environment is soothing and comforting, and the workers here have great manners. I would greatly recommend coming here to eat.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like it had been sitting for days on end. Appetizers were okay. Vegetable stir fry was good. Sushi was terrible. Tasteless, warm, soggy, and hard rice. We are from out of town and glad that we NEVER have to eat here again. Didn't read reviews until afterwards, now we're going to end up with food poisoning. Don't let it happen to you! Also, 2 people all you can eat is $80 minimum!!!

Best sushi in the Triangle. Quality of the food is on par with other sushi restaurants that are not all you can eat. Best bang for your buck! The owner also has a sick car! We will definitely be coming back for more.

This is our designated sushi spot of choice! Whenever we’re craving sushi, we would drive 35 minutes for the all-you-can-eat sushi rolls and sashimi. Nothing can beat it for the price, quality, and amazing waitstaff and chefs. Even on weekends when they are fully packed for dinner, our orders still come out in a timely manner! If you haven’t try tried out Orchid for their ayce menu, this is a must!Parking: Huge parking lot! Plenty of spaces in the shopping center.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed! We bring our both of our young kids here every time we go.

I don’t like the way I was treated and never coming back.EDIT: I read the response left to my review and I am not quite sure how this relates to what I’m talking about.

I like to support small businesses, so when I saw one offering AYCE sushi I jumped to visit. However, I am dissapointed in the food. The fish were not cut correctly in many pieces, with grey and white parts of salmon skin left on and varying sizes. In my custom roll of salmon, avocado, and shrimp tempura, shown in the image, one piece had no salmon and one piece had no shrimp!!!!! Hard to believe they are part of the same sushi roll...The salmon nigiri was good, the gyoza and katsu were fine as well. However, highly dissapointed in the sushi quality, and for $20.95 lunchtime price... it was slow so I cannot make excuses for the quality and execution... The restaurant also had a weird smell and felt musty, likely due to the carpeted floors. Save your money and go to Mr. Tokyo...

We had been loyal customers of Orchid for years. Their AYCE menu has changed slightly over the years (mainly fewer sashimi options), but their latest menu caused us to not return. Their specialty rolls have always been somewhat limited for anyone not wanting fried, spicy, or options with cream cheese. However, the latest menu removed the Wasabi roll, which, despite its name, was one of two rolls that wasn’t fried/spicy/with cream cheese (the other is the rainbow roll). It was the only roll that was removed. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back, despite sometimes weekly visits in the past.

I have been here a couple of times. The sushi is okay at best, the real star of the show is the appetizers. The only reason I was a repeat customer, is the speed of service and the appetizers. Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill. Based upon the poor service, I am no longer willing to recommend this restaurant!

Came to orchid for all you can eat lunch after seeing it highlighted on Instagram. The cooked food was good. We had the shrimp tempura, shumai, seaweed salad, miso soup, and crab Rangoon, which were all very good. Our issues came when we started ordering from the Sushi menu. The nigiri had a very small portion of fish and their rice is very gummy. We also ordered some rolls, but were displeased with the quality of fish that was being used (we had to send rolls back as the fish was very tough). The ratio of the fish to the other ingredients in the rolls was disappointing and often times off putting (very large chunks of cream cheese to fish for example). I understand that it's all you can eat, but it was to a point where I felt at the price I was already paying wasn't reflective of the quality or quantity of the food and I won't will not be coming back In the future.

This place has the BEST tuna sashimi I've ever had. My life has changed. I am born anew. I thought I knew what tuna tasted like but I see now that I have never had it before. It's as if it was fresh from the sea as soon as I walked in.I drove 50 minutes to come here and honestly I would have driven 2 hours. If any restaurant I've been to deserved a Michelin Star, this would be it.Amazing food. Friendly and funny staff. Cozy, swanky atmosphere. 11/10 all around.Do yourself the favor and come here. I know I'll be back as much as humanly possible.Oh and the matcha ice cream is great too.

The food our party had was phenomenal, from the general kitchen menu to sushi rolls and sashimi. Everything was incredibly fresh and service was phenomenal with servers not only being attentive to table needs but also ensuring the environment was comfortable for all clientele.

It was a busy Friday night but we were able to get seated right away. The staff were friendly and food came out in a timely manner. Seafood was fresh. Side dishes were well seasoned. The sashimi slices were kind of small, but there’s no additional charge for it like some other places. Pretty much the same as most ayce sushi places. The butterfly roll was our favorite!
