The food came out exceptionally fast. If you place an order for pick up you may as well be there within 15 minutes. One of the manager’s (Cody) had our food at our car before we could notify curbside pick up. Most importantly the food was hot and succulent. We will most certainly be back!

We went here with a large group for my Mom's birthday. The manager, Spencer, was very accommodating and super helpful. Our server, Gabriel, was grace under fire with our group of eighteen people and he managed to keep everyone happy. I would definitely recommend using this Outback if you have a group lunch or special occasion.

My friend took me here last night. The wait was short the staff was nice. The food was terrible. We ordered the chargrilled steaks. I ordered a tbone and received a bone in strip. My friend ordered the New York strip. We both ordered our steaks medium well but my temperature was well done and his was very rare. The steaks were also NOT cooked chargrilled, but pan fried and tasted as such. We were highly disappointed. I also ordered a the chop salad and what I received didn’t look anything close to the picture on the menu. Our waitress claimed to be so excited about our ordering the “new steaks. She never bothered to ask us about our opinions for what we received. Very false advertising and will not be back ever.

Thank you Outback on Capitol Blvd for helping make my mother in law's 70th birthday lunch a wonderful and joyous event!
From start to finish, the service and hospitality of the team was top tier. The hostess I called at least once a week for 3 weeks to increase our reservation number, to being able to answer questions and allowing us to come early to decorate with balloons and to offering placing our celebration cake in the fridge, and our waiter Gabriel who supported our group of 19 people. Gabriel was so gracious to my requests of pitchers of water and pre-cutting and serving the bread/butter appetizers and being patient with all of us. Even at 2 PM on a Monday, a big group isn't easy to handle and Gabriel did it flawlessly! Spencer who is the manager would also check in on us and make sure everything was to our liking.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Having great service and food just added to the celebration.
Thank you again!

Our server, Darnell was the real star of the show tonight. Ribs were cooked well, baked potato soup is very good and the bread (as always) was amazing.

They serve good food. But if you are vegetarian or vegan, plan what you are ordering beforehand.

Spencer and Donell are awesome! They made sure that we had a great experience. We had a few challenges last time we were here, and Spencer went above and beyond to make things right last time. Today's visit went great. Donell took very good care of us. Definitely will keep coming back because of Spencer and Donell.

We come here about 2 times a month and have been for a while. Tonight was very off . Nothing seemed to be going right. Wrong drink got salad before my appetizer. Steak was overcooked (it’s usually on point) ! It was my anniversary dinner and just was not the same tonight.

Potentially the worst customer service experience ive had in a while. I was there for veterans day and it felt like no on knew how to run a restaurant. All the hidden dirty laundry was out in the open i.e complaints about co workers, complaints about working, being tired etc. Everything was dirty, they didn't schedule enough people apparently, we were ignored and i had to basically coach them and get their attention to take our order, coach how to pour a beer, ask for silverware. I hope no one else especially a veteran experienced this. Worst experience. When we FINALLY got our food it wasn't actually too bad. But to sit across and hear a complaints about working for 7hrs in nice conditions as a multi time deployed combat vet....on top of all that. Dude....work ethic has clearly drastically declined. This location is THE poorest representative of this chain. Sheesh!
It was Veterans Day and they were running a special for Veterans. I greatly appreciate them doing that. The issue is they weren't prepared for it. They were understaffed and the planning for it wasn't done well. There were communication issues as well. All that said, they people there were working hard and doing the best they could. I'm not trying to be critical, but truthful. I hope they take lessons learned and do it again next year.
