I could not have been more genuinely disappointed with the service we received here - because we were never served. My partner & I arrived & were seated reasonably quickly, only to be completely forgotten about for the next 20 minutes without a server coming by to even check on us. It's clear that customer service is not a priority at this location, not to mention that food we have received from this location previously for takeout orders had embarrasingly small portions & was incorrect. Take your business elsewhere if you want to feel like a valued customer.

I’m really disappointed. Me and my partner came here for our second anniversary to recreate one of our first few dates. We sat at our table for around 15-20 minutes and didn’t see our server once. I didn’t bother asking for a manager because honestly after waiting that long, I wasn’t in the mood to stay anymore. There’s too many other locations in the surrounding area to justify coming back to this location.

They had 4 really large parties and still was able to seat us quickly on a Saturday night. Food understandably took a bit longer, but was hot and good.

Went to outback for lunch... Steak, potatos, and veggies.. better than expected... The service was exceptional... Our server Emily, was attentive to each and every word spoken.. The kids wife and I are amazed at how she did being pulled in all directions but still able to handle all of our needs. Never one asked where is our server, Absolutely incredible experience..

Let me tell you something. So first I wanted Mayflower but the wit was too long.. I decided I would go to outback. To me disappoint the wait was 30 to 45. So we all know that the bar is first come first serve. So decided to sit there and Omg!!! What a treat I was. Jaylyn was the most adorable thing I had seen all day. So pleasant and much personality. But then here’s my guy Caleb's( come to find out we have a few things in common made me like him even more. But he was so courteous and kind. He was definitely raised right. They were a great duo at the bar. Oh let’s no forget my girl Leslie on the fly with those bacon bits. Tonight was phenomenal. Thanks guys you were great. Your customer service was spot on and I really enjoyed the service …. Job well Done… See you soon!!!!

I travel and eat out quite a good bit. This resturant has excellent food and staff. Caleb was my server and he is amazing. The food was great. Different courses came on time. We spoke to the manager Chris to let him know we enjoyed the food and how amazing his staff are. Go and see for yourself store 3459 you wont regret it.

The wait staff, bus staff, and host are very thoughtful and kind - this low rating has nothing to do with them. Management seems to have understaffed them so they are rushing around and taking the fall for various mistakes - drinks and beverages not coming out on time (or at all), forgetting silverware and napkins, not putting bread on the table. Also the hot water has a tinny taste to it.
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options (it's a steakhouse so that's not surprising)

We had a wonderful meal here tonight. The restaurant was very clean and service was fast, courteous, and the food was cooked perfectly to order and delivered hot and fresh. Our server, Emily, was delightful, poised, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without hovering. Five stars for Emily! This is one of the best steaks we've had in the area, and the salad was fresh and crisp. Will definitely return. This restaurant has redeemed Capital Blvd. dining.
