It was my first time dining here, and after being seated, it seemed like our server took quite a long time before taking our order.
I understand that there could be many reasons for this, perhaps she could be poorly treated by other customers, which can leave her emotionally drained, especially if those feelings aren’t properly processed.
This aspect shall be looked into if you want to deliver a better experience to customers. I know it can be difficult to find time for reflection when a restaurant is busy and constant demands are made.
However, whenever we're aware of the choices to respond differently, and the impact our reactions could have on others, it is always better to be kind and patient, regardless of the situations we may previously encounter. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly.
Would I come back again? Yes, but I would hope to witness the staff in a positive state. Other than that, the food was quite delicious. I got Sirloin Alice Spring chicken.

Stopped by Outback Steakhouse off Capitol Blvd in Raleigh and had an awesome experience. Justin, the bartender, really stood out—super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right the whole time. Great service like that makes all the difference. Definitely coming back!

My server Justin was the highlight of my experience there, he went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. He also addressed any concerns I had as I had plans I had to meet and assured me our food would be very fast and of great quality. He was telling the truth, my food was out before I knew it and he was there to get anything I need. What an awsome server.

Took a lunch trip here with some buddies and it was a really great atmosphere to go to. Got seated quickly and the hosts were very nice. We sat down and our server Justin and he was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. I would give him a 10/10 and would totally recommend going to outback on capital boulevard. If you do ask for Justin as your server he was just the best.

I was on a trip in North Carolina and I got hungry and I stopped by Outback Steakhouse to get me my favorite dinner the Queensland chicken and shrimp pasta my server Justin was so nice and wonderful the service was exceptional I know for a fact when I take another trip to North Carolina I would be stopping back by Outback Steakhouse for sure
