My family and I had the best experience at Outback in Raleigh due to Donell. We had spent the day with a family member in the hospital and Donell had us feeling so welcomed! Before we left we felt so happy because of his kind and loving personality! We’ll definitely be stopping in again to see him again and try some more of Donell’s delicious menu suggestions!

Server Caleb was 5-star professional, attentive and all around excellent. Juana cooked an awesome blooming onion that was cooked inside and out. Manager Kennedy and Hostess Emily were both very friendly and accommodating. The best experience we ever had at this Raleigh Outback in the 3 years we’ve been living in North Carolina.

Ordered a large takeout meal here a couple weeks back. It came out 45 minutes after they said to arrive.. it was all cold at that point. I had asked a few times and they said it was still being prepared. I complained to the manager who agreed to refund my meal, but I never received the refund. I'll never go back to this place. The one on Creedmoor is way better.
