I've almost always loved Outback. Now not so much. Last 2 times has been "ok". It's getting outrageous in price. Tonight, $30 for a 6oz sirloin and 5 oz chicken that definitely isn't 5 oz. Steak was good but chicken was more like a small fillet size and dry. Baked potatoes are much smaller than they used to b. Broccoli steamed very well. By the time u add a Mediocre "house" Margarita for $9 and a slice of $10 carrot cake, which is now like half the size they used to serve, and tip the Bill is almost $60 FOR ONE PERSON! That's not good for a so-so meal. Jaden my server was very good. Didn't even get their normal "have a good night or thanks for coming" as I was leaving. Outback needs to shape up mate or sail back to Aussie!!

It was not too busy for a Monday. I sat close to the bar in a booth which was very clean. I ordered a steak medium and it was kinda a bit too pink for me. The waitress agreed and said they usually are a bit underdone at this location. Other than that the food was hot and came out very soon after I ordered.

I am assuming that this was a one-off experience, but I cannot recommend this particular outback for a Saturday evening experience. It was probably just an off night, but the kitchen was slow and the overall quality of the food that was being put out was not good. On the positive side, the service was good. The service staff made sure that the drinks were full and that they checked on us frequently.

Going again as soon as I can! Steaks are awesome - and I picked mine up and took it home!
We called three separate times to make a birthday reservation. We show up at the time of the reservation and they said they never had a reservation down for us. The employee here never cared to write it down even though we called 3 separate times about the reservation. We’ve been here for 45 minutes now and they don’t seem to care that THEY made the mistake. Need new employees.
I really enjoyed the soft melt in your mouth hot sweet potato with the cinnamon and brown sugar! The half rack of ribs were delicious! The meat just fell off the bone and into my;mouth! 😋

I did an order through Uber for three orders of wings. It took over an hour to get them. When we called to speak to the manager. She said,”You are speaking to her”, abruptly. We asked why it took an hour. She was like oh that order should take 20 mins so it should have been done at 820 pm. When we asked for her name she hung up on us. Great managerial skills. Should be fired. The Uber driver he stated he went in around that time and they kicked him out. He waited another 15 plus minutes and went back in and sees the guy sitting on floor playing on his phone. When he asked about the order the guy on the floor was like oh here it is. WTH! He should be fired too. We get the food and it’s cold. Uber driver did the right but outback you fail once again! Get better!

They have literally no sauce on the pasta, then I asked for more sauce and they literally bring a tablespoon of sauce for a mound of pasta. The chicken and shrimp were good but the pasta is inedible without more sauce.
